My father came to this Verizon yesterday he left utterly upset the person who “helped” if I should even call that helping was very rude and tried to make him seem like he was lying the employee told him off claiming he should’ve known that there was going to be a $55 activation fee which is beyond ridiculous for a global plan we tried to get for our family trip that btw didn’t work when we were in Columbia (Scam) Also why should us the customers know your job?… Correct me if I’m wrong but is it not your job to explain everything that will be getting charged thoroughly to your customers? To avoid any type confrontations… You’re dealing with people’s time and money that’s the least you can do, it gives off the impression that you guys are trying to scam people, this is unacceptable. I never do reviews so you can only imagine how upset I am that my father was treated this way especially without my presence, honestly do better Verizon before you guys come across the wrong person to cross. Wouldn’t recommend this location or Verizon in general save your patience and MONEY!

Ordered a phone online with pickup from this store. When I got there first thing in the morning it was already busy. The manager, Joe, was absolutely amazing - he helped me through the phone set up, knew all the tips and tricks needed to get my account connected easily, and even installed my screen protector (no bubbles!!). All the while, he was assisting other customers and mentoring a younger employee. His positive attitude and incredible customer service are the best - I know where I'll go next time I need Verizon phone help.

Sadly, the manager Andrew Kelly, in that store is very incompetent, racist, not to say RUDE!. Verizon should train better or choose better personnel. Very disappointed, and do not recommend anyone to be there.

I went in the Verizon store on Sudley road with a family member to get their phone fixed. When we walked in, we weren't sure which counter to go to and we were not greeted instead we were met by some workers who just stood behind the counter staring at us and management who smirked and giggled at us as with another employee when we approached the counter instead of greeting us. In all they were able to rectify our phone situation which is why I did not give one star. Customer service is king and when you make customers feel uncomfortable or like they don't belong there, they will go somewhere else to shop. Goofiness is for outside of work.

The manager is this store rude doesn’t want help or answer the question I was there for transfer my number but came back cz they want me get postpaid number not prepaid it’s funny they were saying my device is compatible only postpaid not prepaid but my phone is factory unlocked so manager Andrew said no.

Had a issue with my plan being canceled due to a mistake at a Wireless Zone verizon store. This company store was great in solving my problem. The manager Andrew also Joe and jim were fun and professional. So happy, I will stay a verizon customer because of this great experience.

Today I’ve been to two different Verizon wireless locations:8410 Sudley rd (Manassas)10042 market cir (Manassas)I was trying to get an upgrade on my phone and in both locations employees could not help me out. At the first location,sudley rd, the employee could not tell me why it’s not letting him upgrade my phone and just said “I don’t know what’s going on with your account”. This is after I had been there 5 days prior for the same reason.I then left to drive to the second location. They called customer service and had me speak to a representative where I was told I would be able to get the upgrade within 15 min- 1hr. I waited the entire hour until it was 7pm. The employee told me she was unable to go through the request and that they don’t do upgrades past 7pm when they close at 8pm. I then left and called by phone the 14385 newbrook dr suite 300 (Chantilly) location and they did not have any openings/appts available because it was close to closing time. I have been on the road since 530pm today and this whole experience was a complete waste of my time and now will have to travel to the airport with a phone that does not charge when I have an upgrade available. It looked to me that they either don’t know what they are doing or are lazy and don’t want to go through the process.Train your employees better! Or have management earning their pay
