Facilities are good but their service is poor, sending two mail to different locations VA and FL and it has been suppose to be there in 2 days and now it’s 10 days past due and still is in transit!
Wouldn’t recommend this location anymore.

If I could give a negative 50 i would. The staff here is so rude and unhelpful. I had called the post office to tell them I was running behind on my passport appointment and someone told me they maybe still be able to see me. I was 8 minutes late for my passport appointment and this short little man on a power trip pulled up his watch sleeve and said “you’re late you have to reschedule or wait until 12” I waited until 12. While I was waiting the people with an appointment at 11:15 didn’t get seen until 11:35, and everyone else was seen at least 30 minutes after their appointment time.
Turns out the walk in time was at 2. I told them that while I was waiting the woman doing the stuff wasn’t doing anything and I could have been processed, the man kept saying “are you going to let me speak” and very rudely read the the rules on the wall. I told them I could have been seen in the time that she was “waiting for me” while I was in the lobby being told I was too late.
The manager woman was more kind but they told me I only had the option of rescheduling or waiting until 2pm.
I have never felt more defeated or gaslit in my life.
A man right after me had all his documents but his form was in blue ink not black so they told him he had to reschedule and he said this was his 3rd time here, and they’re making it more difficult on purpose.
Genuinely the WORST post office ever
everyone there is a massive jerk on a power trip.

I do not recommend making an appointment here in this place, the lady who answers to get the passport is a very haughty person, she cannot ask him anything because she gets upset, everything is very despotic, they should fire her, it seems that they have her working hard, she gives a terrible service.

This is a very busy post office. I think the staff here do the best they can with what they have to work with; a lot of consumer traffic that can sometimes be a bit impatient, an older equipment that may not be as up-to-date as they like it to be. That said, what I have noticed here is that people are people. Personally, I have never had anything but nice experiences with anyone working here. I have observed a few skirmishes however. What I observed when I have seen them is that they usually have started because the customer snapped at the employee first. I am not, by any means, saying that this is the case all the time. This is just what I have observed. The one thing that I really do not like about this post office is the parking situation. It is most definitely tight. And it is hard to get back out onto the main street. The flow of traffic is one way in and one way out. Then you have to park, or wait for the light, on a side road and sometimes it takes two to three lights for you to get back onto the main street. Not the best situation. This is not my home post office, so luckily I only have to deal with this on the weekends when my home post office is closed and I happen to need the services. Sadly, though, ? Saturdays are also one of it's busiest times!

Very unprofessional staff working here. Morally bankrupt! Also the white woman in her 60s who appears to be a lead clerk here needs to check her condescending attitude at the door.

Delivery is the worst. I receive a package. USPS will not walk it to my door but leave in locker. That’s cool but the locker key is not left in my mailbox so I cannot get my package. This happens all the darn time.
