“I recently had an appointment for my 2022 Ford Mustang at Ourisman Ford, in Manassas. My appointment was for an inspection so I made sure I got there by 3:45. I pulled up at exacty that time and wouldn't you know that Zain, my service rep was there waiting. He imediately checked me in and said that I would finished in 30 minutes. Well, I was in the waiting room for twenty minutes and Zain came in to tell me that the car was finished! I paid my $20 and was out the door.
I was extremely happy as I had quite a bit of things to take care of in the early evening. This is the fouth time I’ve been into Ourisman Ford for service and every time it has been a great experience. I can’t say enough about their service department.
