I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience here! Jose helped me and he along with the warehouse staff receive 5-stars in customer service. Friendly and prompt with great communication. They made the process from beginning to end so easy for me and I couldn’t be happier. I had my heart set on a certain bedroom suite, but found out it had been discontinued, so I was having trouble finding it available. Jose helped me find it! The delivery is worth every penny. To have them deliver and handle your furniture plus assemble it and haul away the packaging, and just get to stand back and look at your furniture sitting in your room and ready to use is really a treat. I actually live in a nearby state but I’d drive to this store especially to shop here again!!

Had a fabulous experience with USA Furniture. The pieces are absolutely gorgeous. We found the perfect most elegant and sturdy bed here. We have been looking all over. The team took the time to speak with us and answer all of our questions. Delivery was also quick (if item is in stock). We walked in the store on a Wednesday, finalized the sale on Friday and had our bed installed and set up by early Saturday afternoon. Now in search of our dining set. Thank you Jose and Kevin

If you are looking for a furniture store that has a sales rep with great customer service this is the store. Jose is excellent. I walked into the store not knowing what I wanted. I visited this store about 6 times within two weeks. I made a purchase, then kept changing my mind on what I wanted and more. Throughout it all Jose helped me with everything and he kept a smile on his face the whole time. I promise you this is the place to go especially if your a customer like me who cant make up your mind and what the best for your bucks.
