Absolutely terrible service! One gentleman using profane language around children and the other completely disregarded my two boys who had been waiting for 45 mins just for him to show.

Big Mitch really knows how to cut hair. I would say a master in his craft. I had a great experience and would come back again 10/10.

Absolutely great job by Walter, he takes good care of the customers with his long experience and nice cut. I have never had this good cut anywhere before.

After I got my haircut.. The blades weren't clean obviously.. The pain of it was unbearable.. I get the same haircut never had this issue of my life... . The guy was new to this location.. 1st and last horrible 35$ not razer and my son haircut took 15 min or less got a fade on the back of his head 35$ so 70$ for Mediocre haircuts.. Normal haircuts with no razor $27.. Gotta do better.. Or maybe they just don't care... Black barbers are supposed to be the mecca not the trash....

I have using the same barber for the past 5 years Alex Rivera. Upscale its self might get a bad name for the different independent barbers working there so I am rating my experience with my barber. 5 stars !
