I go to this location all the time. For my returnsor anything I need to do for printing. Every time I go there, John is always there to greet me with a smile when he's there. The rest of the staff is friendly as well. However, John stands out. With his kindness and rememberd my name. And that made me feel very special as a customer. He's always been helpful and efficient .It's nice to come in every time and see someone with a great smile. Great.......Service. Thank you for having him. 😁😁😁

The up charge to ship directly from this store is insane. 200% up charge is wild. I was able to go online and get 3 labels and send stuff for 150 rather than the 440 they were trying to charge!!! Insane.

I needed to fax a document and send a package to my grandson for Xmas. I arrived around 9:30 AM. The store was clean and Jon jumped right up to assist me. Jon was pleasant and very helpful with the way to ship the package, how much insurance was needed and the price for the package and the fax. Jon's customer service was outstanding!

The print manager (Josh?) did an excellent job printing my Christmas cards. I may not have set my file up optimally, but he made it work. And since my envelopes were an odd size, he expertly figured out how best to trim the cards to fit, while maintaining the integrity of the design. Finally, he scored the fold lines for me. The results exceeded my expectations. Wonderful job.

Rude staff, they have a copy section with the tiniest label stating "please don't touch" but the whole section looks very customer friendly to use. If you are getting annoyed with customers using what looks accessible then maybe mark it off and make a bigger sign instead of barking at the customer...

Do not use their notary service. Charging a lot plus workers doesn’t know how to do it.
