Rude staff, they have a copy section with the tiniest label stating "please don't touch" but the whole section looks very customer friendly to use. If you are getting annoyed with customers using what looks accessible then maybe mark it off and make a bigger sign instead of barking at the customer...

The guy at the desk was doing a notary and knew it would take a while. He saw I just needed to drop off returns and helped me quickly while helping the other customer. I was in a hurry and really appreciated it.

The customer service is phenomenal. I called to check on printing wait time and they answered right away. They were patient, took my information and followed up. Jon was an outstanding employee. He helped me out with a last minute large print request. He got it done efficiently and even asked for my input for quality. I was so impressed and so thankful. It was a wonderful experience!

I always ship my business packages from this store. I lost my package second time they guy work at this location his name is David not helpful at all and worst customer service and very Rude he doesn’t know about his job. He is asking me to pay extra money just to use 4 inches of tape to put on my envelope . Sorry to say but he is letting down the store reputation .

The worst UPS store i’ve ever been . they guy work at this location he name is David not helpful at all and worst customer service and very Rude he doesn’t know about he’s job , he’s trying to scam you.
