Incredible company to work with! They made our move from FL to VA extremely easy and were so flexible with date changes/delays on our end. The customer service is as good as it gets and we are so appreciative for the flexibility and ease of the entire process. Chris and the team at the Manassas location went above and beyond to make everything as simple as possible in an already stressful situation for us and we will be forever grateful for their help and understanding for everything.
As for the units themselves— they are top notch! We had some flooding in FL the night before we were planning to move and everything in our storage unit remained completely dry and undamaged.
You will not regret using them for any type of moving or storage

Absolutely the easiest people to work with. Used them twice to move and they were more than reasonable in price, and ability to move the unit when needed. I hope to never move again, but if I do I will use Units a third time.

UNITS has been the best solution for me and my clients in the Greater Fredericksburg area - including Caroline and King George counties!! The UNIT was able to be placed exactly where they needed it and allowed them to take their time packing. We were able to coordinate additional support to help fill the UNIT and was less stressful than most "moving days" where it all has to be done at once. Both clients made it to Florida with ease in their personal vehicles and their belongings arrived shortly thereafter. As a REALTOR, I decided to start using the UNITS to destage one house and have the items delivered to the next house and that has been a game changer!!! So much easier than renting trucks and in and out of storage units. The communication and coordination have been phenomenal! Highly recommend Kris and her crew for all things moving, staging, and storage!!
