I feel this is the best United Bank I patronize. Allen & Ariel are always very helpful & friendly. I can call anytime to get my balance and they don't get angry with me because I call quite frequent. I love this branch because I have a personal connection with all of them. I sometimes even bring "treats" for them to show my appreciation. You should try being a little more considerate of the responsibilities they have in order to service you, as the public sector.

Horrible service the manager doesn't know what she's doing I was able to deposit a check came in a few days later and was not able to I asked the reason couldn't give one just that the other check shouldn't have been deposited
