I was assisted by Victor. He was so pleasant took time and helped me find the right shade of makeup along with other products. He explained to me how and when to use the products and even gave me tips on a makeup brush. I’ve never had anyone spend as much time as he did with me especially considering I had my almost 2 year old with me whom he spoke to and interacted with as well. I really appreciated the time he spent with me and if anybody else I know that goes there I will let them know to ask for Victor. ?

4/21/24 - When we asked an employee stocking the shelf were a particular item was, they just pointed but didn't really show us. We had to navigate to the item ourselves. I wanted to smell multiple colognes to decide on a purchase, but no testers were out and no employee in sight to help. Very disappointing. My wife found what she was looking for but the line was long and there was only one cashier. A second employee was chatty , laughing and giggling with the cashier but not opening up another register. When we saw that, we left the line, left our items on the shelf and left the store. We took our business to Sephora.

Great customer service. However, they need to have a full stock of MAC products. Thank you so much to the fierce, tall, curly head male who helped me find my lip pencil. He should be a model. Also, the sweet young African girl who stopped what she was doing to help me find my mac products. The Manassas store is so friendly and kind. Again, great customer service.

Victor and Jess are fantastic. They were very helpful and steered me to products that gave me the results I was looking for. Their cheerful attitude and knowledge about products is a plus to any retail business.

I have always received excellent customer service from the beauty specialists at this Ulta. This location is superior to other Ulta’s in the Northern Virginia area.Alona, Miller and Victor were phenomenal!!!

This review is for the hair salon; completely unprofessional and rude staff. I had an overall hair color and cut done by Aquilla that faded in 3 weeks and highlights were peaking through. When I brought up the issue she ditched me and was very unprofessional about it. I had a hair appointment today for 11:30 with a different stylist, and found out that my appointment was cancelled without any reason. Avoid Aquilla and the salon overall.The store staff are wonderful, it's a shame that is not reflected in the salon. Jesse the manager is a sweetheart but she can't be the point of contact all the time. Going elsewhere!

Went on 2/1/24 at around 2:20 pm. There’s an African American employee (didn’t catch her name but she was wearing makeup and had longish black hair) who needs an attitude check and should probably be retrained on how to treat and speak to customers based on her eye rolling, attitude, and other reviews I’ve read about her. Giving two stars instead of one since Hannah, who was checking us out, and the manager were nice and apologetic about her behavior, which is unfortunate since that probably means they are used to it.
