Ryan Kibler made a service call today and he deserves high praise for the following reasons:
* He called ahead, estimated his ETA, and then he arrived on time, well within our service window
* He was very thorough in evaluating our issue.
* He came up with a temporary fix and made a number of excellent, creative recommendations to address a somewhat unique problem with our Community Room HVAC.
* He explained everything carefully in terms that we could easily understand.
* He was very professional and courteous during the entire service experience.
Kudos to Ryan for a job very well done!

Ryan came out today and did my annual AC check. His knowledge and expertise was reassuring. He explained everything in a very easy to understand manner. Helped with figuring out my damper settings too. 10/10 would definitely recommend the Turner’s team.

Nick was awesome. Friendly, polite, knowledgeable. Took care of all schedule repairs. Ensured systems were all working well. Cleared a drain tube that was backing up water. Great experience.

We were extremely pleased with Ryan from Turner’s Service Co. We had another HVAC company out 2 weeks ago and they came out with a bad attitude and ultimately did not fix our issue. We called Turner’s Service after our HVAC was leaking so badly that we had water coming out of the ceiling on our floor below.
Ryan walked in happy and positive from the start, which was so refreshing after our last experience. He immediately recognized the issue and solved it. He explained how the issue occurred and what we could do to prevent it from happening again. Even let me take a video of him explaining how to do the maintenance on the system so we can remember what to do next time.
He also fixed the install of a trigger system that the previous company had installed that was supposed to shut the system down if the water got too high. It’s supposed to prevent flooding and obviously that didn’t happen with water pouring out of our ceiling.
We are so thankful and happy with the service we received from Ryan that Turner’s Service Co will be our go-to company moving forward.

This was the first time our AC unit failed since installed back in 2019. The fail feels a little too early to me, but Turner's tech make the process easier. First of all, I have no issue with the customer service calls this time. The arrangement is easy, prompt, smooth and clear. Nick N. called 15 mins before arrival to confirm he is coming. He is professional, good sense of humor and update the whole process and progression during he is testing and working. Luckily, the capacitor was the only thing failed and he was able to help us swap that out quick. Thank you Nick making this whole process very pleasant. Highly recommended Turner's service. Hope they will stay the same!

Turner's provided another great service and this time is on our AC unit. Nick Hill gave us wonderful experience and patiently answered whatever question we asked. Great sense of humor while giving professional recommendations. However, Turner's really need to review their customer/call service center. I called three times and it dropped 3 times after connected to the representative. I ended up using message function on their website to get a hold of them. That only gives out my information and waiting for calls and mentioned the service phone was not working and they should look into it. Anyways, the call center was bad and inpatient. That gave Turner's a very bad image for no no reason. Turner's real/actual service was very good. I highly recommended it. But, they need to get ride of their call center or find other providers for it.

I had a wonderful experience with my HVAC system replacement today. Jacob and the two other techs with him were courteous, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. I’m so happy with the job they did!
Also have to mention that Nick came out originally to diagnose and provide the quote. He even followed up with me the next day after installation to make sure everything went well and I was happy. That was completely unexpected and so appreciated. Such a great team!! Just had to add that. Thank you!
