A friend recommended a store to me for its extensive inventory of firearms and ammunition. Residing in Ashburn, VA, I opted to visit the establishment to procure ammunition and potentially explore firearm options. Upon arrival, I was impressed by their inventory and found the salesperson, whose name I'm unaware of, to be exceedingly helpful, knowledgeable, and amiable.Following my selections, I proceeded to the cashier, Natalie, and paid the requested amount of $561. Upon returning home, I discovered an overcharge of $106. This prompted me to contact the store the following morning to request a refund over the phone. Natalie, upon my call, requested a copy of the receipt via email, which I promptly provided. Approximately 30 minutes later, upon contacting Natalie again, she requested my credit card information and informed me that I must visit the store to receive the reimbursement, citing unspecified reasons.Expressing my inconvenience due to residing in Ashburn, I suggested that the store offer reasonable incentives for their mistake. Regrettably, Natalie declined. Subsequently, upon my visit to the store, I received the refund, but my attempt to escalate the matter to the manager was met with resistance. Despite my inquiries, I received no information on the manager's availability and was refused direct communication with them by Natalie.Disappointed by the lack of apology and accountability, I am troubled by the cashier's inability to handle the refund over the phone and their disregard for the inconvenience caused, which amounted to two business hours and associated expenses. Additionally, the absence of managerial oversight raises concerns about the store's operations. In conclusion, I caution others to exercise caution when dealing with this establishment, as the lack of accountability from one employee can undermine the efforts of the entire team.

Amazing staff . Great prices . Easy process. The shop has tons of guns and ammo and other accessories.

Was inquiring about getting the slide mild on a weapon. Was told they don’t do that and that no one local dose either. Seemed like I was being brushed off, an ignored.

This is a one stop shop, a friend told me about this store about a year ago and ever since their deals and sale are unbeatable. Always ready to help and will bear any price out there. They are not trying to make money off the customer but get you the best deal without breaking your bank. I loose sleep just to catch the daily deals.

I have always had pleasurable experiences in this store until my last visit. There is a salesman named Joe who was not very friendly whatsoever.I was mistreated all because I peeled back a sticker to see the previous price for my knowledge seemed shady how hostile Joe got just because I wanted to see the previous price of the firearm. I also observed him treat another customer very disrespectfully as well. The customer he was being disrespectful too was just asking about a firearm and if it was part of the blue label program. I recall Joe stating “I just told you it’s to new to be on blue label the more times you ask isn’t going to change it”. At no point in time was this customer being an issue, he was just asking a question. All the other staff were super friendly except for this salesman. I doubt I will be back after this past experience. This salesman is definitely going to hurt the business with his attitude and disrespect. I also have lots of buddy’s that shopped here until they said how badly they were treated.

I would like to say this is the best store. I’ve heard this place NOT from ANY advertising but from word of mouth from fellow work/non work colleagues because of their prices and variety. They’re very respectful and knowledgeable about their products and services an love to help people when they have questions. I purchased one for the first time and was happy to join the 2A community! Before I did, I was nervous/scared since it’s my first time ever but I felt the reinsurance and comfort of them understanding where I was coming from. They’re the best professionals around they’ll respect you an even put in some good laughs in! I highly recommend them! Thank you for being the plug! Lol
