Went in today 4/20 with 2 appointments for 2 of us to get pedicures with their (spa package - massage type thing). My GF started off early while I just sat here....feet in the water.
Finally the other lady working came up, jumped in quickly and started...15 min later she was done, said "ok you're done". We said "we made appointments for the spa massages" her response...."I don't have time, you come back again for that".
There is 1 other customer here besides the 2 of us and we had an appointment.
Absolute garbage! Avoid at all costs! Go ANYWHERE else!

Yesterday was the first time I went there. My technician was Muy. I did eyebrows, upper lip, overlay and pedicure. She did an amazing job on my nails. But she left scars on my face. My right brow and upper lip. I think used to much force took the skin off. I did when she was doing my upper lip that I have sensitive skin and I don't upper lip because I was burned before.

Love Muy and Cam. And the super cool thing is every time I come here to get my nails done, I meet the most interesting people. It’s beautiful to see how this family business attracts beautiful humans.

Thank You Maya. I had a fantastic experience at Tokyo NAILS. The staff were friendly and professional, and the service was top-notch. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Weird vibes from owners! ? Intrusive questions! Read ALL negative reviews here and on YELP! Will not be back!I really wanted to like Tokyo Nails but it got too weird for me by my 3rd appt. Service was ok, they don't really help you out with your stuff or shoes or anything. For the price I pay every 2 weeks, you would think they would step up the customer service, but unfortunately they don't! The girl that was doing my gel manicure was good but my gel pedicure was mediocre. She barely scrubbed my feet and it still felt rough afterwards. She’s also not Vietnamese so it felt like she was treated differently. It also felt like they were jealous every time I gave her a big tip. My third appointment was at noon on a Saturday, I kept getting calls and texts on Friday from the male owner about changing my appt time. When I finally called back on Saturday morning, he asked if I can come in at 10 am or 11 am and I said I wasn't sure. I said that maybe at 11 am, but would rather keep my original appt. He called again at 11 am when I didn't show up. It felt like they double booked or was trying to accommodate another customer so they wanted me to change my plans. It also felt like they were trying to pawn me off to another nail tech. I got there at 5 mins before noon and he told me that they had a few cancellations and that's why they wanted me to come in early. I didn't believe it. He also asked if I wanted to schedule my next appointment or if I wanted to call later and schedule it. I went ahead and scheduled another appointment and at the same time. I didn't receive my normal text reminder about the appt because they normally text you prior to your appointment. I thought that was weird and I couldn't make it anyway. Also, the lady that waxed my eyebrows was his wife and not the other lady that normally does it. It got too uncomfortable because she kept asking me questions about my personal life and family. It felt like an interview or an interrogation! I understand making conversation, but this felt different. She asked if I have my own business or if I worked. She even asked where I bought my outfit. I guess she was trying to find out how I can afford to pay for a gel manicure and a gel pedicure?? I'm not really sure what that was about either? I always paid in cash and gave at least 20% cash tip to the nail tech and to the one that usually waxes my eyebrows. I texted the male owner for any available appts with no reply. I left it alone after that because I felt uncomfortable anyway after the last appointment. They officially lost my business!Services: Manicure
