Got estimates from multiple places and ended up going with TJ Auto glass. They had a very reasonable quote and did in-house calibration. Communication and service were great!

My windshield was damaged due to a horrible accident on 66. Glass came flying and fell on my car scratching the paint and damaging the windshield as I was passing by. But this one spot did have a small line which in time would expand and I would have had to replace the windshield. TJ Auto Glass repaired it for a whole lot less than replacing it. The entire staff is professional and kind and I am just grateful to the technician for all his help and the money I saved.

Had the window on my Subaru sti replaced here and the customer service from the front desk was excellent and the service on my window was quick. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the work / business. Definitely recommend this establishment for window glass service.

I’ve brought three vehicles here over the last 6 or 7 years and the staff and service is consistently excellent. They’ve grown a little since my last visit and really enhanced the comfort of the waiting area to the point it nearly feels like I’m hanging out in my own home. Of the three vehicles I’ve brought, none had issues with the work. One did have a concern with a whistle noise but we brought it back and they took care of it with haste. Overall I’ve never had a bad experience here and I’ve regularly referred friends and family to stop by when in need. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for glass work on my vehicles.Services: Auto windshield repair

Rating: 3.5/5 StarsTL/DR: Windshield replacement good so far, had to repair plastic cowl trim myself, would recommend shop but expect possible clean-up work.Due to a lot of construction in the area, I was unfortunate enough to get a chip on my windshield on the drivers side that spread to the edges of the glass. Luckily TJ Auto Glass had my car's make and model's windshield in stock and were open on the weekends. Being quoted a lower price by around $100 compared to other auto glass shops and their great reviews was why I decided to go with them. The reception was friendly and professional and I have tested the windshield in rain and shine conditions and it has worked fine. The work was also done in under an hour which was nice.The reason for the 3.5 star rating is the clean-up that I had to do for the plastic cowl trim that sits at the bottom of the windshield. While I did not expect it to be 100% perfectly flush against the replacement windshield, it was bulged up to a concerning degree; these trim pieces keep unnecessary water, dirt, and other debris from getting into the car's water drain channels where they can get stuck and clog them up. The technician insisted that it was perfectly fine and I gave him the benefit of the doubt. However, upon my own inspection with my friends, I found that the plastic clip that keeps the cowl trim seated was broken on both the passenger and drivers side.These clips are not commonly found in auto part stores and had to be ordered online. I would be fine with knowing that but I was more upset that the technician and the shop were not honest with me; the problem should have been noticeable when they were removing the trim and even when they were putting it back in place. They could have simply informed me that the clips were broken and give me some options such as a small price discount for the cost of the clips or an offer to have the clips replaced by the shop at another time. I had to do clean-up for the shop's work on my car by paying for the clips and plastic trim tools to properly repair the issue myself. It really didn't help that I was an out of state customer so I didn't have the opportunity to come back and the clips don't fall under the windshield replacement warranty.At the end of day, would I recommend this shop? I would in fact; but I ask any customers to be more adamant with having noticeable problems fixed by the shop or, at worst, being willing to expect some clean-up work afterwards.TJ Auto Glass windshield replacement on August 5, 2023.Service: Auto windshield repair

My appointment was for today between 3:00 and 6:00. I live in Front Royal, which is about 45 to 50 minutes from Manassas where TJ Auto Glass is located. Not only did they accommodate me by coming out earlier, around 1:00 p.m. but they also did an excellent job. Clay, the installer, was not only professional but very respectful. I absolutely highly recommend TJ Auto Glass and if need be, we'll definitely be using them in the future. Great job guys! Keep up the good work!

A basement went through my rear window. Window completely shattered. My car was not drivable and I needed a quick fix! I put in a request around 10:30am by 10:45am someone emailed me saying they could get the glass from the warehouse and to me in same day. A tech was at my house right on time at 1:00pm and finished within the hour. I rarely write reviews, but this company deserves recognition for the amazing customer service to the fabulous work of my technician.

TJ Auto glass is a by far the best customer service I have ever experienced. Same day installation and when paint came off of the roof of my car, no fault of theirs, my roof was repainted at no extra charge unbelievable!!! I give this business 100 stars plus! Good people ??

Had use this company for my company and personal vehicles un till they installed a windshield on a 2015 escalade that wafter few weeks a crack appear on top of glass for no Rason TJ owner inspected first words out of his mouth rock hit the windshield completely lied to me he told me was a rock we inspected very close and had an other company to inspect found no dent To my experience zero respond to warranty on a bad job.The truth I strongly believe this windshields are cheap China product when we replaced was clear evidence the quality I was not rude to him but when some one lied to me I can't stand thatI took very close pictures of the area a professional can inspected I can proof this as a business' man my customers are first.Last this is weird originally called Safeglass and they send me to this company DO DEY WORK AS partners to me this is corruption.Service: Auto windshield replacement
