My sons senior night for football was on a Friday. I ordered big heads from an individual and the quality was awful. I didn’t get the big heads from the individual until Thursday at 9pm. I emailed Jen at the UPS store that night, knowing they were closed. Jen responded to me an hour before they opened on Friday, assuring me that she could help me. She was able to get me all 16 big heads, of 12 different players, by 5pm! She saved the day and helped to make senior night special. Jen was very patient, helped work through picture quality issues and explained the process. The big heads were very well made. I highly recommend this store!!

Great location. They were extremely helpful with my notary needs and mailing. We also started using them more for Amazon returns. They process them quickly and make that chore much easier. I would highly recommend this UPS store location.

So… if you’re returning things from Amazon don’t come here!!! Your refund does not get processed on time!! Go to POSTNET rather than this UPS location. I returned items a day ago and still waiting 2+ days now but when I return at POSTNET it gets processed same day! (Best advice)

My Amazon return went smoothly. I packed it up in its original box and had the barcode on my phone ready to scan. The UPS store gave me a receipt. 6/5/23 12:35 pm

Jen has always done a great job. She's knowledgeable and helpful and has come through for us in a pinch. We've had many large-scale print jobs over the years that we've trusted her with. Highly recommended.

Been stopping by this storefront early mornings lately because they are the first to open in the area. They open at 8 which really helps me out. I usually work with Jen who is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Nice location, always ample parking within a short distance and I’ve never seen a line, although I’m usually eating when they open.

I was returning something and had a email label that was already paid by the company I was returning to but ups is so cheap they charged me extra 4 bucks for printing it for me why would they do that if they already charged 59 cents per print? They already are getting money from the company but they look for ways to make extra cash claiming it’s service charge. Didn’t know it costs so much extra to just easily print one page. No wonder no one goes here no one likes thieves. They should be ashamed of their scamming ways. They earned a little extra money but lost a customer. The way to make business is be fair and people will return.

Some one in your store is running a scam, telling people they have unclaim money for them, all you got to do is send 30 and they will send the money, with in 7days

Rude staff, very slow and extremely expensive from the last few times i have been there. Don't feel like their superior packing abilities are all that great. Go some place else and avoid this business.I also like how they make you feel like an inconvenience when you bring in Amazon returns.

I HATE coming toThis location I usually only come in the am & to be honest the last thing I want to deal with is rude people. The manager I’m assuming seems to have everyone walking on eggshells you can feel the hostility when you walk in. No one greets you until you get to the desk & even then they act like I was a burden. First time I went they gave me the hardest time dropping off my Amazon package. This last time I dropped by before work the same lady was there at 9am store completely empty ! I thought my Amazon package was good to go I used the packaging they shipped my stuff in she said No first off you need to pack it neatly so I went to my car got a box I happened to have laying around. Then she told me I need to change the settings in my phone for her to even see my code I told her I’ve never had this issue she insisted on rudely telling me that I NEED to switch my settings . I finally switched it becuse at this point I’m late to work fooling around with her unnecessary request. Then she tells me next time I need to have everything taped & ready or she will have to charge me extra . At this point I’m irritated & tell her not to worry I never come to this location & actually prefer not to! Potomac town center is wayyy more friendly & never gives me issues! Or attitude ! I’m starting to think she may be a tad racist or she thinks I’m younger than what I am both times I noticed she wasn’t the same with every customer! She needs toBe moved or demoted. I understand people have bad days but hers is more often than needed.I also attached a photo of what Amazon says with the ups drop off.

This UPS store provides the best customer service on a consistent basis. I’ve visited multiple times across multiple seasons, and no matter who I’ve encountered, I’ve always been greeted warmly and been helped with the highest regard. There are various shipping locations in the area, but I’ve found this one to be the best!
