Some of the people that work in this store will treat you like a child and talk down to you. There’s a tall young guy that works here that’s on a power trip and has a meltdown the minute he spots anything wrong with your package. I usually don’t leave reviews but these guys are on another level when it comes to terrible customer service.

No kidding… EVERYTIME I come to this UPS it’s a totally different experience than Tackett’s or Merchant’s. It’s always some restriction like they can’t tape a package or can’t accept a USPS package (clothing mind you) of a certain size. Each time I say “I’m not going back there” and I do because my gym is here and it’s convenient. I guess I will need to inconvenience myself to go back to the others which are awesome!
*Please take a look at all the 1 and 2 stars this store has received and most of them claim the same experience. Rather than come up with some lame excuse do better because clearly management is the problem! Look at how you make your customers feel… and yes it’s always the manager not the associates. Take some accountability because at this point no one is making up the experience about your store. The fact that you are a small business is not an excuse rather it should be a discriminator for good customer service which you ultimately lack.*

This rating reflects 50% of my experience with UPS and the other 50% for the store. UPS is a complete rip-off for shipping. I was going to ship a t-shirt in a plastic shipping bag to Massachusetts. The price was going to be $13, and no that's not for expedited shipping! The other rating for the store relates to their staff and the store's absurd price for faxing. I asked if they had a fax, they said yes and gave me a cover sheet to fill out. Only after I brought the fax to the counter did they tell me that as a $1.25 per sheet of paper to fax. If they would have told me this when I asked if they had a fax in the first place I would have not wasted my time. I needed to fax a document over 20 pages long so if you do the math, it would have been more than $25!

Professional, patient and friendly staff. My family of four needed passport pictures taken. My son has autism so getting a casual picture let alone one specific for a passport can be an almost impossible task. Kianna and Kirill were the staff on duty and they made it their mission to get the best picture possible for my son. They allowed us to try different positions and take a break or two to help my son stay calm. They must have taken over a dozen pictures before getting one that they thought would not be rejected. I am grateful for people like them and thankful that our local UPS store hired them.

My sons senior night for football was on a Friday. I ordered big heads from an individual and the quality was awful. I didn’t get the big heads from the individual until Thursday at 9pm. I emailed Jen at the UPS store that night, knowing they were closed. Jen responded to me an hour before they opened on Friday, assuring me that she could help me. She was able to get me all 16 big heads, of 12 different players, by 5pm! She saved the day and helped to make senior night special. Jen was very patient, helped work through picture quality issues and explained the process. The big heads were very well made. I highly recommend this store!!

Great location. They were extremely helpful with my notary needs and mailing. We also started using them more for Amazon returns. They process them quickly and make that chore much easier. I would highly recommend this UPS store location.

So… if you’re returning things from Amazon don’t come here!!! Your refund does not get processed on time!! Go to POSTNET rather than this UPS location. I returned items a day ago and still waiting 2+ days now but when I return at POSTNET it gets processed same day! (Best advice)

Jen has always done a great job. She's knowledgeable and helpful and has come through for us in a pinch. We've had many large-scale print jobs over the years that we've trusted her with. Highly recommended.

Been stopping by this storefront early mornings lately because they are the first to open in the area. They open at 8 which really helps me out. I usually work with Jen who is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Nice location, always ample parking within a short distance and I’ve never seen a line, although I’m usually eating when they open.
