This location has amazing staff - their customer service and knowledge are by far the best I’ve experienced. Kevin, Joel, Nancy and Jeanette were great. There isn’t a better T Mobile store in Northern Virginia.

Manny was very professional and helpful, I purchased the new iPhone 15 pro max, the wait was not bad at all considering it was real busy on a Saturday evening, the staff and manager are pretty good and try their best to help the customers out with any assistance needed.
