Friendly customer service, however, I experienced inconsistencies with invoicing and timeliness.
Sometimes, it's better to make things right by the customer than to swear by business.
Informing the customer they have to outright pay overhead business costs to deal with a partner Manufacturer is not a good look, especially as an authorized servicer/dealer.
Please, don't bother replying. If you don't like low-score reviews, you should have considered that beforehand.

I’ve dealt with this company many years. I’m not very high volumn but still receive friendly and professional services. I’ve bought supplies and had tools serviced. Very satisfied. I have no reason to doubt integrity. Highly recommend

I have a Senco narrow crown stapler that's seen decades of use in my commercial millwork shop. Now it's retired to my garage and used only occasionally. When it failed to shoot and investigation showed broken plastic parts inside, I got Stronghold's name off the senco list and called. I talked to Mike. He listened to my description of what I saw when I opened up the tool and told me it sounded like a certain part he could send to me. He charged me about $10 for the plastic cylinder, which arrived within a week. I was able to replace it and the gun worked immediately. This kind of service is amazing to find, in my experience. It seems I had talked to not only a real person, but one who had worked on this type of tool. Thank you, Mike, and thank you Senco.

Under no circumstances should anyone take portable Delta equipment to Stronghold for repair. I took a portable Delta planer in for repair because the outfeed was not functioning properly. Stronghold was the only authorized Delta repair dealer in my area. I described the problem to the technician at Stronghold and told him I thought the height adjustment wasn’t working properly. I left the machine and after a week I was told that they found that a part was bent, and that they would have to order the part from Delta and that that would take a week. After about a week I received a call saying the machine was fixed and ready for pickup. While it was in for repair, Stronghold installed a new blade, which I provided. The total charge was $176. I brought the machine home and tried to run a piece through it. The original problem remained. I called Delta technical support and discussed the problem with the tech at Delta. He agreed that it was probably the outfeed roller. I called Stronghold and they told me to bring it back. At that time, I asked him if he had run a board through the machine. He said that he didn’t have a board. So when I returned the planer, I brought a board with me and left it with the technician. When I returned to Stronghold to pick up the machine the tech said there was no problem planing the board I left. He told me that the charge would be $76. I said I did not understand the charge as the machine was under warranty from the first repair. He said that warranty only applied to the part he had replaced and the maintenance he performed on the machine. I discussed it with him but was only able to accomplish the lowering of the price $10. The planer now works properly. I called Delta technical support a second time and described the problem that I had with Stronghold and also reported that the repairman said he does not like working with Delta equipment and said that the Delta company is hard to work with. My advice to anyone who needs to have Delta equipment repaired, DON’T GO to Stronghold. You can contact any other tool company, Porter Cable, DeWalt, etc., and ask them for a recommendation for tool repair. Any repair shop that is capable of working on the machine can order parts from the manufacturer. In closing, after the problems that I have had and described to Delta, they said they would remove Stronghold from their approved repair list.

Under no circumstances should anyone take portable Delta equipment to Stronghold for repair. I took a 12 ½” portable Delta planer in for repair because the outfeed was not functioning properly. Stronghold was the only authorized Delta repair dealer in my area. I could put a piece into the machine, and it would take it successfully, but it would not pass the board out. I had to go to the other side of the machine and pull it out. I described the problem to the technician at Stronghold and told him I thought the height adjustment wasn’t working properly. I left the machine and after a week I got a call. I was told that they found that a part was bent, and that they would have to order the part from Delta and that that would take a week. I said I did not understand the charge as the machine was under warranty from the first repair. He said that warranty only applied to the part he had replaced and the maintenance he performed on the machine. I argued with him but was only able to accomplish the lowering of the price from $76 to $66. The planer now works properly. I called Delta technical support a second time and described the problem that I had with Stronghold and also reported that the repairman said he does not like working with Delta equipment (which he failed to tell me the first time around) and said that the Delta company is hard to work with. My advice to anyone who needs to have Delta equipment repaired, DON’T GO to stronghold. You can contact any other tool company, Porter Cable, DeWalt, etc., and ask them for a recommendation for tool repair. The only reason to use an authorized repair facility is that these facilities will honor and repair tools that are under warranty. Otherwise, any repair source that is capable of working on the machine can order parts from the manufacturer. I received a broken item. Returns are a huge hassle. Good prices and decent communication earned a 2nd star. I do not recommend.

Previously used a different company for service to my job sites. After talking to Matt for 15 minutes I was convinced to switch. I am very happy with the service and recommend their use for your jobs. They know what they are doing which is crucial for me for a business relationship. I am able to call the owner at all hours of the day for questions which is awesome!!
