They had my pick up item ready to go by the door however no one would help even being a cart or take it out to the car. They left a dolly for me to help myself lol. Biggest concern was the cashier smelled very strongly of alcohol that even my 10 yr old noticed and commented on.

told me they only take passport photos on weekdays even though it says nothing about that online, then pointed to a sign on the other side of the store and said the sign has the hours that they do passport photos (then the sign proceeded to not say anything about the passport photo hours?)

This Staples has always had what I needed when I needed it. The staff that I have encountered have always been friendly. What is particularly inviting is that when I have walked into the store, I have been greeted, not by name but still, in other places of business, I have been hard-put to find an employee. This has never been my experience at this Staples

The best Customer Service. I’m writing this a day later and my ability to remember names is awful. But the lady who worked in the printing department was super amazing and helpful. Thank you for helping us with ease on such a stressful day!

I went in about today about a half hour ago. There were two people working. I stood at the counter as they both looked at me, not one of them acknowledged me. I had to ask a simple question. Can I pay cash? She replied no card only. Which was fine until. I went to the copier and my copy came out wrong. I told her mam this isn't correct. She replied with a nasty attitude. You just have to pay for another. I said well if I would have had help I may have done it correctly. I asked for a manger. She went to the copy machine stared slamming the copy machine slamming things down. She siad, I am the supervisor. ? Printed another copy and left of top of the copier walked away and said there's your copy. I then killed her with kindness saying I understand what I did incorrectly. I be happy to pay.another 77 cents for that my apologies. She said no it's ok and then begin to be nice. That was my first last time going in there. As I felt like I was a incognito them. Horrible experience. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. She did not even apologize for her rude response. SMH......it only takes a short time to be kind...

Waiting for Amazon return drop-off for 14 mins now at their drop off desk. I blame Staples decision makers and Amazon for making this terrible decision as their return drop-off partner. Only staff and customers suffer. Now it's $1 to return at UPS. Will be purchasing less from Amazon from now on unfortunately. Staples staffs their stores terribly. Horrible retail experience unless there are 1-2 other customers in the store. More than that and it's gridlock. This store is also cutting hours soon I just heard. Wonder why.

I'd like to express my gratitude for sales manager James Phelps--he was phenomenal!I purchased an HP printer 1 week earlier at this Staples location. It was a lemon. The staff advised they'd take it back, no questions asked. When I returned to the store James processed my return and then helped me select a new Canon printer. It was a touch more expensive than the previous one ($30) but had almost identical features, except for the ink. This printer uses ink reservoirs instead of the traditional cartridges, and the cost comparison is staggering. I can purchase ink refills for about $40 compared to the same kind of cartridges at $120. So, I was happy about that suggestion from James. And, I did not mind that he offered me the extended protection plan (4 years at $10 more than the 2 year plan I purchased for the previous printer).In and out in under 30 minutes and I completed a return and made a purchase and learned more about ink jet printers than I had previously known.He's a gold mine of information on printers, and he really enjoyed helping me.

I have been trying to get a refund for a misprinted presentation that I spent a large amount of money on. I was offered a full refund, but the store still has not been able to actually refund my card. I have disputed the charge with my CC company and Staples denied the claim.
