Brittany is THE BEST!!! She is so talented and kind and helped me bring my vision to life! I purchased an off the shoulder dress with the hopes of adding long lace sleeves to it and Brittany delivered!! The photos speak for themselves! She also hemmed and added a bustle to my dress which was not difficult at all to loop! I cannot say anything but positive things about my experience! She is very understanding, listens openly and flexible with her hours! My mom also had her dress custom made by Brittany and it came out gorgeous!! :)

Brittany is amazing! Not only did she make my wedding dress fit perfectly with alterations, she saved my dress and my day! Less than a week to the wedding we found large pink stains down the back of my dress (apparently I had sat on the burgundy silk wrap I was planning to use) and it transferred red ink to the crepe fabric. All the cleaners in the area refused to clean the dress on such short notice, but Brittany said she would give it a try. She went above and beyond, working past normal business hours to remove the stains. In the end the dress was perfect! I am so grateful for her diligence, customer service, and kind heart. Choose Brittany for your wedding dress alterations because she is the absolute best!!!

We put our trust in Brittany at Something Old Something New Bridal to take my 31+ year old wedding gown and make it into something new for my daughter. The result was my dream dress was transformed into my daughter's dream dress. Brittany is gifted in design and an experienced seamstress. She listened to my daughter’s desires and shared her recommendations. Brittany made every effort to use as much of the original dress as possible, including removing pieces of the old lace to create a new pattern on the new dress. Amazing work! My daughter was thrilled with the dress and looked beautiful in “HER” wedding gown on her wedding day.Brittany also altered my Mother-of-the-Bride dress. Being in between sizes, she recommended that I purchase a dress sized up. I did and she fitted it to me wonderfully.Lastly, the day before the wedding, I called Brittany with an urgent need. She answered my call by saying, "How can I help?" And that is exactly what she did. Brittany quickly solved the problem for The-Matron-of-Honor and had her back in time for the wedding rehearsal and dinner, 50 miles away.Brittany is a wonderful young woman who we now consider a friend.

Something Old Something New is definitely the place to go for dress alterations. Brittany Boston was extremely helpful, pleasant, and accommodating for both myself and my daughter. Her talent and care makes finding a beautiful dress stress-free. Would highly reccommend!

I went to a few stores before a friend recommended me to Brittany at Something Old Something New and I’m so glad she did! Brittany is amazing and so talented!! She is so kind, patient, helpful, flexible, and she really has her client’s best interest in mind. I wasn’t sure what I wanted in my wedding dress and I ended up choosing something completely different than I expected. She gave me great guidance when selecting my dress and she did an amazing job creating the bustle and tailoring it to fit me perfectly. I felt like a princess in my wedding dress and I’m so thankful to Brittany for all her help! I will always remember the feeling I had when I got to wear my wedding dress and I absolutely love looking at the photos!!

Creating my custom wedding dress with Brittany was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. From the first appointment, I knew it was going to be so much fun! I didn't have to worry about a thing. Everyone absolutely loved my dress and I loved being able to tell the story of how I had found something like it online and couldn't find the design in stores. Brittany understood my vision from the very beginning and the value is a steal! I loved how she tries to repurpose dresses in her shop but also will make what you want! I had such an amazing experience with Brittany, and highly recommend her for professional and beautiful tailoring work. I brought my wedding dress to her just a few months before the wedding, and she was so friendly, timely, and her work was just impeccable. I am admittedly type A and have pretty high standards, and Brittany was so patient and understanding. The dress came out perfectly, and the pricing was completely reasonable. I cannot recommend her work enough!

Brittany does amazing work and is so personable and makes you feel comfortable at each appointment. She did many tweaks and tucks to my dress that I didn’t even know I needed. My dress looks even better than I imagined it could! Her prices are so reasonable, too!

I wanted to leave this review because Something Old, Something New Bridal went above and beyond when they helped with a wedding day crisis. My veil was damaged prior to my ceremony and the bridal party rushed to their shop for a replacement. The staff member had made it in during a snow storm, opened before hours, and provided a replacement veil free of charge. I cannot thank this store enough! If they would show a stranger this generosity and care, I can imagine how amazing they are with their brides.

Choosing to purchase a custom gown from Something Old, Something New Bridal was one of the best decisions I ever made. Working with Brittany was an absolute pleasure. She took such care with creating this gown, and was so mindful of each suggestion I made. She made sure I was 100% satisfied with the dress. I received so many compliments, and having a unique gown for my wedding day was incredibly special. I would certainly recommend Something Old, Something New to anyone looking for a wedding gown!

I had the best experience working with Brittany. Something Old Something New was my first stop with my elopement wedding just 6 weeks away. After trying on many beautiful dresses, but not finding the one, Brittany did not pressure me to buy a dress during our appointment. She told me to think about it, and knowing my timeline, also told me she was available to alter another dress should I decide to buy online or if I found one elsewhere. I made another appointment with her to try on a couple more, and discuss buying online. When looking through a few options online, she offered to make a custom one that incorporated all my favorite things about other dresses, would be unique, and made to fit my body. I decided to take the chance and I am SO glad that I did! She created my dream dress and I could not have been happier. Brittany is so incredibly talented and so fun to work with. I looked forward to every fitting! Go to Something Old Something New, you will not be disappointed with your experience!

Cannot even tell you how AMAZING the owner Brittany is! I was really struggling finding a wedding dress that I loved, because I had one in my mind that was WAY outside of my budget but that I was so in love with. Brittany worked with me over the past 10 months to hand-make my dream dress well within my budget. I got to pick all of the materials and have it custom designed for cheaper than I found anything decent in the stores. Brittany took my vision and brought it to life! I seriously LOVED my dress so much and got so many compliments. Brittany even customized my friends veil to match my wedding dress. She is so personable and fun to work with and made the process easy and stress free. I could not recommend her services enough! Pictures don't even do it justice.
