Be very careful purchasing anything here-- your receipt after you pay will say " All Sales Final". The same hair online is 1/2 the price they mark up double. I won't be shopping here again after how I was yelled at when asking for help and I am 66 years old.

The wigs look a hot mess and I asked the Korean Lady at the register if they are hiring and she said “No, we only hire Korean workers” and Yes, I’m African American (Black) I wasn’t rude and I simply left, but I will not be back. I worked at a beauty supply in New York for years and The Korean Owner never discriminated against having African American employees. But I guess not every business is the same. Awful.

I get personalized care and my hair always looks fabulous. I am in and out with in and hour sometimes less depending on what I have done. I enjoy my stylist Rivereria she is the best .

They have a great selection and makeup prices are good. Wigs: they have a good selection of wigs, but do not have every color of every wig displayed. All wig sales are final and you're not allowed to try on wigs in the box, so if it turns out to not be the color you expected, you can't return it.I bought a human hair wig and it looked like the color I wanted in the box, but once I took it out of the netting and bag, I realized it was a brassy blond (almost strawberry blond) not the honey blond as written on the not that I wanted... I've done more research and this is very common with blond human hair wigs. The store did have a bleach blond almost white wig, but it didn't work with my skin tone. I was super glad I was able to try that one on. They did have a lot to try on.The gentleman working did give good information when asked.

Beware that you cannot return anything you buy from here. I didn't know this until I looked at the receipt. I bought an attachment that was supposed to fit my blow dryer, and the attachment fell off as soon as it got hot. The inside of the comb attachment came apart. That was a waste of money, even though it only cost $7.99. The point is be prepared to absorb the cost of a defective device if you buy from here.

Very over price for low quality items.... not to mention they are not respectful of the customers that are spending money in there business to keep thwm open.... will never even spen 1 cent in this place never again!!!! This is the worst beauty supply store in manassas! The others actually see you as people and cater to the customers needs! Don't spend your money here!!!!!!!!

Buyer Beware! Some products are fake or watered down products. I've been buying a specific product for over a decade. It has a very distinct smell and feel after applied. What I was sold was watered down alcohol. I will be reporting this buisness for counterfeit goods.

I was here 12/20/22 in the evening. About 4-5 staff members were patrolling the store like security, while all black customers shopped. There were 2 workers closest to me & they stared at me the whole time I was trying to make a decision. I put my products back & left immediately. Being watched while I’m shopping is unacceptable, uncomfortable & harassing. I’ll be going to Beauty Palace on Liberia this week.

I’ve been going to this store for 2 years now for my wigs. The staff is friendly and helpful. Sometimes they give me free cute baggies of sample products which is helpful because I get to try and see what works best for me. The selection is always updating and my wigs are always in stock with color options. The store is very clean and organized. They have turned me into a loyal customer. -Ms.KLove

Racist and made me feel very uncomfortable. They will definitely follow you around the store. Avoid this hair store. Overheard them talking negatively about the patrons. Will never shop here again.
