Worst car wash I have been to. Despite opting for their most expensive car wash package, I was highly dissatisfied with the results. It seemed as though the only thing they had cleaned were the floor mats of my car. I decided to give them a chance to rectify the situation and approached the staff. However, they were defensive and provided me with a feeble excuse as to why my car was still dirty. Despite their attempts to address the issue, my car looked no different from before.

I would not give this place even one star but was the only option. My husband and I came here on a Sunday afternoon and is wasn’t busy like 3 cars behind us and 1 in front. So we are waiting patiently for someone to come to our window and ask which service(s) we would like and we told them interior express. So they said hold on. The manager (who doesn’t act like one) came to our window and he is on HIS PHONE talking to someone about personal outside of work stuff. So RUDE. this guy is seriously on his phone while we have our window down waiting to talk to him.. he is standing in front of my husband just talking on his phone for a good 5 minutes. Then walks away. Another kid who looked under age if I may say- came up to us and asked what we needed done my husband said interior express to clean just the inside of the car really good. He said oh it would take 3 hours! And my husband said 3 hours really because your boss is on the phone talking and not minding any customers. This was just ridiculous I would not come back here. Customer service is not important to them at ALL Or business.

Great service, fantastic job finish. My mom and niece came to visit me in Manassas for lunch, and my niece felt sick and threw up in the back seat just as they arrived. We picked up the more immediate mess at home but the smell lingered, so we looked for a detailing shop nearby and found this one. Herman helped us and was very kind and concise in explaining how to address the specific issue. Since my mom couldn't stay too long in manassas, we landed on washing just the back seat AND the child car seat for $80. We walked over to a nearby bakery to pass the time and an hour later the car was ready for pick up. All throw up smell was gone, interior smelled great, and the car seats looked like new. We wished we could have had enough time for the full interior detail (2h 45m). Herman's team even vacuumed the whole interior and washed the tire rims so my mom's car came out looking real sharp. I would definitely recommend everyone in manassas to get their car detailed here.

This was my first visit EVER to a car wash place. German was amazing! I had specific questions about what I wanted done (my rims were a filthy nightmare) so German came out, looked at my car and told me what he could do. My car came out looking brand new! And even though I was completely clueless about 'the process', never once did I feel stupid or silly for not knowing how things worked. They made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone! Great people, great service, great price!

We have a baseball family. Two teenage boys that are constantly dirty from games and practices. We took our SUV to German and his people at Soap and Suds with mud on the rugs and stains on the upholstery. After a full service detail, they gave it back to us as clean as the day we bought it. Rugs were shampooed, all stains gone. They even kept the shop open a little late on a rainy day to let us come and pick it up after work. Absolutely beautiful work. Super fair price. We will absolutely be bringing our cars back in the future.

Pretty good experience. Staff was nice! They did pretty good job too, they had recommendationsn for a better value, which was nice of them. There was a bit of confusion from the sign saying that it's $2 for the trunk vacuum however that differs depending on your type of vehicle.

I love the courtesy and kindness of this small family owned car. Wash that takes the time and dedication to take and wash your vehicle inside and out and actually be very kind to your belongings. They're not just a quick car wash. That'll get you through and not make sure that you have everything done. They'll towel dry your vehicle as well as make sure that you have your dashboard even cleaned.
