So I usually come here for the Sopa de Res and Tacos de Carne. I came on 7/14/21 8:30pm to get my usual and when I got home and was prepared to eat my food, the beef in my sopa was all pink and for me I don't eat pink and my taco meat looked not fully cooked either and tasted disgusting!! I called them to let them know what my food looked like and her response was that I was the only one who had complained all day and that the sopa was made earlier and that they always warm it up before they serve it, so I took pictures and came back on 7/15/21 to show them the food and pictures and she told me No that's how it's cooked and it's suppose to look like that and wouldn't give me a refund or offer to make a new sopa and tacos, this will probably be the last time I eat there because I don't eat raw meat unless I request it. Please let me know if I'm wrong about this meat being Raw or Not Fully Cooked??!!!

Never have I ever been to such a trashed restaurant/business in all my years of living in the area. The business owner I s very greedy with their Their outrageously over priced food and well as their horrible service. The place inside is completely trashed, neglected and dirty. To start off my meal was carne asada that wasn't completely cooked and they barely gave me any rice to eat my meal with. The meat was low grade meat that had too much fat and wasn't anywhere close to good quality. I was just in complete disbelief with how this business is ran on a daily basis. I can't believe this place has any business. If you're in the area please steer clear and don't even think about coming to this place because honestly it's that bad and I'm not one to speak bad of anyone

This place is horrible. Dont waste your time coming here. The owner is trying to get over on you. For the Arizonas they're charging almost $3 for the drink, which clearly on the bottle says .99 cents. I asked worker about that and she was very rude. She said then jst go to 711 if you dont like the price with an attitude. The cup noodle soups are a complete rip off as well. The food that they serve is as well a rip off. For 2 tamales and yuca came close to $13. Everything is unorganized. They have no specific aisle for whatever it is your looking for. Obviously they have poor management and very greedy. This would be the last time I ever come back. They need to shut this place down.
