I bought a vape battery from this shop as a gift for a friend, and when purchasing I asked about their return policy. The clerk assured me they could return it if needed. I went to give it to my friend, and the battery was not what he had wanted. So I went back a couple days later to return it, without ever opening it. However, a different person told me they don’t have any system to do refunds. So now I’m down $50 and still have to get my friend the correct present. DONT SHOP HERE. They don’t know how to properly do business.

the vapes are a scam . It says 7000 puff but in reality they produce burnt fume as if it was used before. the coils for tyson and flum and elfbar is trash. poor quality I want a refund for my vapes. The one in gainesville my vapes lasted 6 months . and in the manasssas the same branded vapes doesnt last 2 weeks.

I'm not going to let the reviews fool you (hopefully this doesn't get deleted). I lived here 5 years ago, and travel every so often. Every time have visited this smoke shop? Terrible, in different ways. I buy a torch? There is rust covering the whole bottom. I buy vaporesso pods? They are the old models that burn out which are double charged. That's another thing - it's all taxed hard. Even if their elf bars are real, that would be is only saving grace. If you have some interest in novelty pieces that are probably not German glass, then give them a visit. It's literally just a typical smoke shop facaded with high counter tops and pretty glass pieces to seem higher end. When the ones behind the counter do not actively use the stores products, that will tell you a lot. The owner really wants money. "You'll be back. Won't you?" Nah. There see plenty of quality vape stores around.

I used to go to different stores all over the area until I found these guys. Their service is great, they always carry products other stores don't have and the prices are fair. Family owned business as well so I support my small business owners over the big companies.

Always love coming to this vape store. There’s so much to look at and choose from but the main girl (I’m so sorry I don’t know your name) is fantastic with helping you out to find the best options. You love a good connection with people and she makes you feel so at ease with your purchase or if you have questions. Highly recommend coming to this store for all your goods.

Leticia was absolutely wonderful! she was very sweet, kind and helpful. She took the time to explain different products to me and made me wanna go back to this specific location just because of how great the customer service is here. Can’t wait to go back for my next purchase!

This place is meticulously organized with an incredible variety of products and some of the friendliest, most knowledgeable staff you'll find anywhere. All 3 locations of this chain are beautiful, well kept, and have a wide variety of products to choose from. The staff is always helpful and friendly. A standout is Leticia who is a great help when choosing flavors and has a lot of knowledge on the products. These shops are great!
