I thought my iPad Air needed a screen replacement due to a hairline crack but the gentleman that helped me reassured me it was just the screen protector. I had tried to take my screen protector off and it was not easy. He not only was honest, he helped me right away and happened to have a spare available and replaced it, cleaned it very well and all within 10 mins!Thank you so much!
