The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I've gotten 2 solid stain color matches for patching wood siding and they were as perfect! They even took the time to manually adjust the mix when comparing to the sample I brought in.

Terrible customer service. They were told by a store down the street that I was coming and to hold a speciality paint for a customer coming right now, when I got there a minute before closing, the door was locked and they refused to sell me the paint.

The reason I gave this place one star is because we ordered a quart of paint and the guy mixed it but didn't shake it. We left the store and went straight to the job about 25min away. I gave the paint just a little shake but because every other place shakes the paint after they mix it I didn't shake it very well. Anyway the paint hadn't been shaken at all. Either way I has to use a screwdriver and to make sure the color matched perfectly it took a lot of mixing. Would had been nice to have a paint stick. I will say the paint did match.

Staff took the photo of an eight-year-old label and cross-referenced it to current tints, matching the old paint as nearly perfectly as could be done. Very pleased!

Great customer service, but both Home Depot and Lowes can match the color at a significantly lower price and, according to Consumer Reports, higher quality.
