Don't order delivery/pick-up from a Sheetz. I've ordered 5-6 items for curbside pick-up or delivery and they've only gotten my order correct once. I bit the bullet the other items, but I called to get a refund on my last order and I got some strange attitude from the manager. I don't have high expectations from a gas station, but I should know better than to leave before I put my eyes on my food and doublecheck everything. At minimum, they need to work on customer service. The Sheetz app also intentionally makes it difficult to file a complaint or seek a refund/order issue

Great price on cheeseburger, fries and a soft drink: 9.00.
Lower rating, here, due to night shift " manager" calls the police 🚨 out of spite, if someone rests, briefly, there.

Ordered 6 tacos with all the ingredients received 6 tacos that barely had meat and had to drive back up 28 during rush hour!!!!! Will not be back to this location.

I live in the apartments next to the gas station and everyday i go there after classes and buy some things and that place is great! The staff is incredible friendly and I am really glad that its a 3 min walk away from my apartment.

Baffling how you guys either a) run out of tea/don’t have it ready or like today I go in and the tea is literally water. Asked the cashier whatsup with the tea, “oh yeah it’s just water”. Uh ok lol so you know but just decided not to do anything about it. Workers just standing around with no one in the store. Get it together people

A little tough to get in and out of, but the intersection is your best bet unless you're turning right to go 28NB. Sheetz members get 3c off a gallon (helps a bit when filling up) and I appreciate their made to order drinks.

Great fuel prices but the tire pressure machine is faulty and hasn't been fixed for months. The Tire pressure machine at Sunoco, Saint Germain St near Lotte plaza is much better.

Why is it ok for the food prep people to wear gloves and touch everything in the back area. Open cabinets, touch the monitor, grab bottles, use a wash rag to clean everything, then touch my food WITHOUT changing the gloves. Then you express this to the manager and he states. Everything is clean.No, your supposed to change your gloves.
