The car I wanted was being driven by the owner for unknown reasons. Customer service is trash there. The sales man acts like you need them and they don’t need you. Doesn’t feel like American friendly dealer. Family owned businesses are the worst, they let people do what ever. I wouldn’t buy socks from them not sure why there highly rated seems wrong base off the small size and rudeness of the staff.

There is a reason they have been in business for so long. Can't say enough great things. They were easy to work with, honest and straight forward. On top of that, you can't beat their pricing. Overall, I great experience! I will definitely being coming back in the future.

This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Shannon Auto and we will go back every time we ever need to buy another vehicle in the future. Mike Harris is as genuine and honest as they come. We told him what we were looking for and our price range and he found exactly what we wanted. We worked with him and his manager, Mr. Dwayne Jewell, to finished the deal. There was no slick talk or pressure from them, no hidden costs, excellent offer on our trade-in and they worked hard to make sure our deal was exactly what we needed and could afford. They don't deserve no even one star.
They sold the car to my son without nut key to remove the tire and they washed they hands arguing that they sell the car as is.
Dealer without solution is not a Dealer to trust.

This the second car we've bought from Shannon, and we will use them again next time the need arises. They're courteous, professional, and don't keep us there all day. When you can get a car traded in and buy a new one in under half a day, it's a win. They've also been helpful when we've had a problem with a previously owned car. Definitely recommend them.
