Took the truck to STTC for extensive brake works. Problems were thoroughly evaluated & discussed with us. Estimates were on point and reasonable for the amount of needed repairs. It was a pleasure and relief to deal with two highly professional and respectful persons: Tim, the Service Manager and Fernando, the Branch Manager, who both went out of their ways to address the difficulties they encountered with our truck and find solutions to a complicated situation. A business & its staff I highly recommend. Thank you Tim, Fernando and everyone at STTC for your support and excellent job.

I’ve been a satisfied customer of STTC tires since 2021. On a business level they are on point, quick to respond, always offer the best advice, perform requested services and actually take the time to do multi point inspections. They are professionals not only on the quality of their work but also in their customer service. They are attentive, responsible, accommodating, and highly efficient. They are a true hidden gem in Manassas.

So I’ve been buying truck and trailer tires from this place fleet van tires just went in to get air in one of my Bobcat.my request was for them to put air in the Tire knucklehead wants to argue with me and not just put air in the tire Unbelievable ! Lost my business for good horrible, horrible manager.!!!!! Horrible!!!!

First it was a 5 ?. I replace new tires and rims on 10/11/21 everything was good until today 10/13/21 when I notice a tire cut. I just drove 20 miles on tires. I come back to see if the can change my tire. Is brand new the tire I buy. And they just cover $500 and I pay $650 they want me to pay extra money for their mistake. But thank you for nothing. I'll never comeback to this place again. People check your tire when you buy it new here. Michelin tires are trash.
