My wife Donna and I are new clients of Sareen after the firm we have worked with for 28 years was acquired by them. Ken Prohoniak,CPA, handled our Returns after we filed for an extension. Ken was superb. He responded to each of our questions very timely and in a clear and understandable manner. He is smart, knowledgeable, and very professional. I had horrible experience working with Trevor. He is unprofessional and unreliable. When I hired him, I asked him to meet in person which he refused and told us to upload all our docs to a portal. After we uploaded our docs he outsourced the task to someone named Donn. I wasn't getting any response from Donn so I tried contacting Trevor but he ignored all my calls/messages. I called him from a different number and he picked up and he was so annoyed that I was calling him and started yelling at me saying that I should contact Donn, who wasn't responsive. I decided to not go forward and now he is not returning our $365 retainer fee.

Regional Finance is such a great company to go though to get a loan. Stephanie and Lauren went over and beyond to help me get a loan I ended up paying off my car and other expenses that I had. I ended up saving more in the long run. This is a great place

Thank you Prakash and especially to Leon who helped me when Prakash was out of town. I was with my previous accountant for several years and when he got married, he was not available. Then I was introduced toSareen and assigned Prakash to handle my paper works. It was the most wonderful experience of seeing him in person at the onset of Covid pandemic, and we just have to see each outside the office with the cold weather to discuss my tax returns. Then I went back to my previous accountant the next tax season of 2020 but everything have changed. I have compared then the services rendered. So, I decided to go back to Sareen, this time with Leon. I can’t express my gratitude with Leon for helping me and being there answering my inquiry by email and phone calls even at the late hours. I have an accent coming from another country, but it does not make a difference since these people will talk to you until you understand everything. Again, thank you Sareen and Associates for having people like Prakash and Leon. God bless, Maria

I wish I could give them a negative 5. These guys ripped my father off for years. My father is the owner of a small business and the way these guys preyed upon him is criminal. I FINALLY got him to hire a new accountant and he is shocked that he is only paying hundreds of dollars for what Sareen charged him thousands to do. It's really sickening. As if that weren't enough, they aren't friendly or efficient. They take forever to complete the smallest task and they are rude and obnoxious. Please spare yourself the predatory rates, incompetence and delayed processing and use someone else...ANYONE else.

I am currently trying to find a new CPA to do our personal and business returns as our well respected CPA of eight years has passed away. Although we have not made a final decision on a new CPA yet we have been thoroughly impressed with Stacey Hagens and Mr. Sareen who we have talked to over the phone. Stacey has been my point of contact at Sareen while we are making this difficult decision. She has been very consistent, responsive, checks in regularly to see if we have questions and has an overall professional and kind disposition. Mr. Sareen seemed calm and informative. He was not trying to push services on us. It is refreshing to have a tax service respond timely and efficiently. During this process of trying to find a replacement we were having issues with response times and an overall bad feeling about the people we have met at other offices. With Sareen there seems to be a consistent attitude of treating the customers with regard and we have not had any negative feelings. We are making a final decision this week on who does our taxes. So far Sareen is at the top of our list. Communication is key and Sareen has focused on this during initial phone consults.

I have used the services of Sareen & Associates, Dennis and Ken, for my business and personal taxes for many years. My daughters are also having them prepare their tax returns. I will never switch. They are an A+ team, responsive, quick, thorough, and keep the communications always going. Hang in there team! Tax Season will be over before you know it. ;-)

I first started working with Sareen & Associates a little over 14 years now, when my fiancé at the time, who is and still my wife, had an issue with her social security number and was being reported as deceased. After working through all the issues and the resubmissions of multi years of her returns, and still being very much alive, we have never gone anywhere since. Frankly, I would not even think of it.As time has passed and needs have changed, the Sareen & Associates team has been there for us exceeding our expectations at each turn. They have more than helped us through some rather complicated situations. Dennis is fantastic. Professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating with efficient and effective results. I cannot speak more highly of Dennis and the Sareen Team.
