Definitely taking advantage of the fact it’s one of two self service car washes in the immediate area. Lot was dirty, strewn with trash everywhere. Building is pretty run down. Equipment like brushes and sprayers are worn and damaged. You have to convert cash into car wash tokens which is an easy way to extract more profit from customers. Who ever owns Sam’s should seriously consider renovating as being self service isn’t enough to get me to return.

Terrible experience. Automatic wash line not working. 10 dollars just for wash the underside of car. And don't try to call customer service nobody going to answer the phone!

Washing cars yourself is very convenient. The facilities are well maintained and have all the necessary tools. The usage time is adequate and the price is reasonable. Sometimes you have to wait, but in general it is an excellent option.

I prefer self car washes so this was great. They have vacuums so while you wait for your turn you can clean up your interior and the instructions for the actual wash were easy to follow. My only hang up was the length of time. For me it was a little too short and I found myself rushing to get the most bang for my buck. But overall pretty good! ??

Update:
I went back a different day and it appears i was not forward enough. Oh well you live and you learn. However, like I saw on another review, the blow dry did not work
I tried to use the touch free wash. Paid $10 for the most expensive wash, drove through on the green light. It sprayed water on the undercarriage and nothing else happened. Sat there waiting for it to wash and then the lights went off. Never got my car washed. Wasted my money

Use to be a respectful car wash now they let people destroy the parking lot with cars doing donuts and stuff letting the town get a bad reputation due to it .

No frills, manual car wash with great vacuums. Couldn't find a decent car vac in a 20-mile radius until I found Sams. Just fyi they use TOKENS instead of quarters, so be sure you're buying what you need.

We highly recommend this bussiness, for its excellent customer service.
We were assisted by the store manager, Danny, who went above and beyond to help us in removing a paint stain from the car and even offered his own brushes and sponges to help us, even though this is supposed to be a self service car wash.
It is for people like Danny that businesses earn returned customers and word of mouth referrals. Ciao Danny.

The automatic touchfree car wash did absolutely nothing. Sprayed soap but washed absolutely nothing. No brush or anything the actually wash the vehicle. Just wasted $10 for soap and water to be sprayed.

In a moment of desperation, I stumbled upon Sam's Carwash in Manassas, VA, and it turned out to be a lifesaver. Daniel, the manager, went above and beyond by personally cleaning my 7x14 enclosed trailer, all without breaking the bank. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment, particularly if you require thorough cleaning for your trucks or trailers.
