Organized and clean. Anything with a name brand, no matter the condition, is violently over priced. $80 handbags. $10 plates. Good grief. It's embarrassing.
Edit 8/24/24 I returned to the store on a Wednesday, 25% off day. All Starbucks products were pulled off the shelves. Product they over price for $9.99-$16.99 each anyway. Starbucks cups are priced around $.99-$6.99 in almost every other thrift store in the area. Better bags are pulled from the floor as well (the bags they're pricing for$80), they only leave bags between $30-$45 in beat up condition on the floor. Which is already a laughable price when other salvation army in the area are pricing bags $2.99-$24.99. Found a vintage Stanley thermos, beat up and rusted inside for $39.99!!! Other locations are selling the vintage thermos for maybe $7.99. You could get one online for $20, on the high end. They have one but no more than 2 people working the registers on Wednesday. The line to check out was easily 25 people long and wrapped around the store. This location should be ashamed of itself. The other Salvation Army locations in the area are fairly priced and aren't pulling items off the floor during their promotion day. This place should actually be audited. Whoever runs this place is price gouging and trying to match internet pricing without any consideration for your clientele. They can't be moving much at these prices. I wanted a polo shirt and it was priced at $14.99!!! I could get brand new items at these prices. I could go on the internet and get these same items in like new condition for cheaper with shipping included. Terrible horrible business practices at this location. Go ahead and hide behind your charitable causes nonsense. Other salvation armys aren't treating their loyal customers this way. And the amount of waste this location must create because of the things they're not moving. Avoid this location. I won't be back until I hear things have changed.

I don't understand how it is possible that only one cash desk is open during the day on Saturday. Waiting in line for almost half an hour to pay is nonsense.

Great store to shop at, however, very long lines on Wednesday when there's a discount. Only one checkout was open and people were lined up around the store. Took 45 minutes in line to check out. Also do not donate here - guy at the donation area is very rude and pulls stuff out they won't take. In one bag were several clothing items that had damage that I bought there! Other items were puzzles with factory seal! There are pallets of Kleenex and other new in box items that are the same price as if you bought them retail.

Store is in urgent need of new management. I had the worst experience with the store manager named Armani I believe. Very rude to customers and not wanting to sell stuff from the glass centers. She said glass shelves section was closed when the store is not even closed and not even close to closing time. This store exist because of us customers who spend our money there. Be polite to your customers and don't lie. If you aren't gonna do your job right just QUIT!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!

Today I took my family to this place and we had the worst experience that you can imagine. After spending an hour looking for stuff I was ready to purchase 3 pairs of shoes..some watches.. and a purse. I went to the manager that was working as cashier. just to be told that store was closed it was 6:50 pm she was angry and very rude her name was rahmani or ahmani..couldn't buy anything...PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!! 0 stars
