That is terrible. I got a quote before getting an appointment for windshield replacement. The quote is around $350 but when I went for appointment. They gave me a cost over $700.
That is waste of my time.

They lie too much. First they asked for the cash if you give me a cash then I’ll give you 200 discount. I told him no love used. my credit card then they charge me $430 I recommend people please do not go to the Manassas va location, the guy name is Clay

The two staff were super helpful and friendly. Took less time than expected. Final product looks good! They even moved my inspection and oil change reminder stickers from old windshield to new one and had new Velcro to mount my EZ pass. Terrific experience. I hope store manager reads this and recognizes the team!

Safelite Manassas is a garbage fire. Had them come to my house to replace my window they came Tuesday I used 8 hours of pto or 160$ because I could not drive to work with the window broken they proceeded to bring the wrong window out and said they could not be back until the next day Wednesday so now that’s 16 total hours of pro used for this window repair and they call me to tell me that all of the windows in the warehouse were labeled wrong. So I had to go to another window repair company entirely to get the window fixed. And I have called them a half dozen times and talked to the same people who have told me time and time again that the district manager would call back in 10-20 minutes and I still have not heard back from them 5 days later so now I’m out 320$ worth of pto and they didn’t even fix my window. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR WINDOW REPAIR! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS!

Safelite Manassas
I am putting Safelite Manassas a 5-star for their professionalism, transparency, and keeping me update of the status of my vehicle. Customer service is excellent! Technician who did the replacement of my windshield was awesome! I am happy with the result of my replacement windshield. Highly recommend Safelite Manassas.

Unfortunately, what should have been an easy visit was nothing but. Left 2021 front windshield to be replaced. Picked up , unfortunately 10 miles down road looked and noticed my wires were exposed by rear view windows. Missing plate. Does not answer the phone nor have an answering machine. Window is not cleaned after installation. Filthy sticky. I believe they left because I politely declined their upsell for a rain-x treatment for 140$. The technician had to find the plate to install, and it fell off again. He told me to go to the dealer, it was under warranty. Go to a different location. Manassas has gone downhill. I was here years ago, and what happened to professionalism and caring about the work preformed!

When a tree limb fell and broke the glass on my Honda Civic , the insurance company offered an "easy" process with Safelite. little did I know how hard it would end up being. Long story short, they installed a window they knew was defective (no defroster leads), closed out the job charging the insurance, and then dodged me for months. They are a franchise, don't believe the national marketing, they have no control over the local shops. numerous appointments set up were moved with no call. Complaints to the corp. office led to nothing. "District Manager" never called, nor did the local owner, as promised by the national customer care center.Best thing would be for the lousy owner of this Manassas shop to close up and just go away. But why would he? there is no accountability for terrible behavior with SafeliteSave money (and a ton of hold time on the phone), use a local shop of almost any other glass company, you will be no worse off.

I was driving on I95 about a month ago. A rock was kicked up, cracked my windshield. The Team really cared about my safety and my car. Insurance provided a replacement. I had no idea I could get an OEM windshield. While it did take a few days to get it - the wait was worth it! The Team is amazing! If your auto needs glass, this is the team you want working on your car.
