im not someone who normally writes reviews, but I do feel that today I do want to leave one for this company. I have been coming to tire shop since I was 19 and initially started driving. I had never had any issue with them before. Which is why I always refer my female friends to go to Ron tire shop. As a female, who finds it hard going into any type of auto shop or tire shop or anything related to cars with the fear being scammed or overcharged. I always found Ron’s tire shop super reliable today I brought in a tire To be changed to be taken to go the tire was replaced and put back in the trunk of the car that I was in ( not my car a car I borrowed) To take the wrong tire shop to be replaced. For the technician who worked on the The tire to throw it back into the trunk of the vehicle, carelessly and breaking and causing damage to the vehicle. When I called in the man who answered, was very rude and dismissive, and hung up on me for then another female to get on the phone with an attitude right off the bat, and being dismissive and rude and telling me to just call the number on the bottom of the receipt for any concerns or complaints. And as a female, who works in a predominantly male space you would think she would have a little bit more sympathy for females, but by her response, it just shows that she is no better than a man. I hope nothing like this ever happens to her and never encounters a situation where males dismiss and belittle her experience.
I have to say after all these years of working with Ron’s tire shop, I will never be going back to them. The only one who was the least bit helpful, was the owner of the Of the business. And offered to fix it when I sent photos.
I hate for such a great company to get such negative reviews based on two employees who dismissed and belittled someone’s experience with no apology and no concerned on how to rectify the situation. Females do not go here!!!

I've been here multiple times over the past few years. My last visit was about one year ago. Their price for used tires are cheap, yet very reliable in my past experiences. The longest I've ever waited for them to change one of my tires and be out of there was 20 minutes or less. (I also did not call in advance.I just showed up.) Everyone was friendly and helpful. I trust their staff and appreciate the timely service. Ive not been to other Ron's tires location, but I would highly recommend this one.

I only come here for my used tires. they are so nice. i definitely recommend.
Here they are very friendly and help very quickly. The tires are used but good quality.
