I can not say enough great things about Roger's. I have taken my two cars here for several major repairs (catalytic converter replacement and an issue with my brakes), which were needed to pass inspection. This was after receiving outrageous quotes for both repairs (different times) from two major chain repair shops. In addition, one shop indicated additional repairs were needed and the other shop had indicated I needed a complete rear brake job done, which according to Roger's neither were necessary. Both cars passed inspection and are still running great!

The guys there are friendly and they have the best prices for service/ oil change. My light bulb needed to be replaced and I could not believe the reasonable price they charged. They saved me about $100!

Roger’s Auto Service/Citgo has the best price for an oil change in the Manassas/Gainesville area. The staff were friendly & professional. I didn’t have to wait long. I was curious about how to do an oil change & they explained and showed me. They installed my headlight for $120 less than I would have paid at the Kia dealership! They have a “Shop Cat/Greeter,” who was once a stray. The crew takes care of her. For all of these reasons, I highly recommend them!Services: Oil change

Good quality at a good price. And, very important, they do only what needs to be done, no padded invoices. Been going there for four years now, first for inspections and then for tires and repairs. Good place.Services: Brakes

I got into an accident and this company was called to tow the car. I called the next morning to arrange the car to be sent to an inspection place or a scrapyard and they had no interest in helping get that car situated. They were only concerned about getting paid. In the length of a 30 second conversation the bill was brought up 4 times without a direction of what to actually do with the car. Already understanding that there services had to be compensated there was no need to bring it up every 2 seconds. Very unprofessional and rude. And the attitude continued in person when i came to pick up my belongs. They would not let grab anything as if i could drive a totaled car out the lot. Service is in the name and they have none. Would not reccomend even in death.

Needed an inspection done and the inspector (Sam I think) was very kind and efficient. It took a while since there was a line but got through. Paid and left. Will be returning for my inspections next year.

I don’t recommend this place at all. They failed my inspection because they said my brakes were worn out. I took it to my mechanic and he said they were good. He took it back to Roger’s himself and confronted the inspectors about it. They quickly passed me after that. Unbelievable. They’re lucky I didn’t sue. Not worth my time.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Today was my first time visiting Roger's Service Center to get my car worked on and I was a little hesitant to try some place other then my normal mechanic but I must say I was very impressed. Bobby was so nice and so helpful. The work was done quick and the prices were very reasonable. I will happily be going back the next time I need an oil change, inspection or something else done to my car. Keep up the great work!

I went here to get my wife's car inspected for here. After sitting through 4 cars it was my turn. I noticed the other drivers standing at the bay door to wait for their inspection, but I have a severe back problem and thought I might be able to sit through mine. I noted they had no waiting area, but thought I would just sit on the passenger side. Previous owner's had been asked to get in their vehicles during the inspection, so i figured it was OK. The mechanic came out and said I had to get out. I told him i can't stand that long and needed to sit. he said sit on the curb. Now get this, my windshield wipers are on! It's raining. I said "It's raining and with my back I won't be able to get up, if I can even get down there." I was incredulous at this point. He very rudely said, "I can't help ya", got out of the car and walked away. I have a really strong feeling that my condition would have been handled differently by him if I had a different skin color.

Tell your tow truck driver to be more patient on the road and to stop driving so recklessly

Don't waste your time. Took our car there to get an issue fixed, which they did but afterwards the car wouldn't start. When I asked his opinion about what the problem could be, the old guy with the gray hair said "I'm not going to fix this piece of junk". Terrible customer service. It's his job to fix a car whether he thinks it's a piece of junk or not. Nobody needs his opinion Of what he thinks about my car. So, ended up getting it towed from there. What's that tell you? They couldn't and wouldn't fix it. Terrible!!! I wouldn't even take my bicycle here let alone my car, ever again! The gray hair man Is rude and needs to be fired!!!
