We’ve had the pleasure of staying here for several days/weeks on and off as we pass through town. The rooms are clean and the prices are good. Some of the rooms have even been renovated already in their plan to sort of revamp the place. There are many places to eat within walking distance, so it is in a highly “walkable” area. The staff here are very kind and accommodating, most notably, Maria. I would like to give her the recognition she deserves for all her hard work and dedication to keep the guests happy. I signed up online for a free membership with Red Roof to collect points and was able to get a free night during one of our stays. However, prior to being able to collect those points, all of our records were a mess. Maria was patient enough to help us sort through our reservation history so that we could call customer support and get those points. Overall, we are happy with our decision to stay here at the Red Roof and plan to in the future as well!

I had a great experience with the customer service here. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and kind. The location is close to many areas in Manassas and not too far from Jiffy Lube Live. The room was as-expected for the rate we paid. Do not expect a luxurious room and you will be okay. The room was clean and had no bugs or trash.

For the last few times I have experienced very bad things at this location. Toilets overflowing, smell of week throughout the hotel, sink overflowing, air conditioners not working properly, TVs going on and off and today while they were replacing TVs they just left the new one in my room and have not placed it on the wall as it was supposed to. Time after time this location is having many issues and I would veer anyone away from this location unless you like changing rooms multiple times due to air conditioners not working and more. The only good thing about this location is the people who work here otherwise go across the street to Quality Inn.

Ants over the room and not clean slugs on floor cob webs and floor didnt look like it was swept under bed.Linen had stain on it.

This is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!
Went to leave and had to use the elevator and someone had $hit in the elevator!
When I called the front desk to complain; she didn’t apologize and even hung up on me!!!

I was in need of getting my vehicle serviced and booked this for convenience and proximity. I would consider my hotel room as somewhat dilapidated. The heater in the ceiling have dried the paint on the ceiling to the point of chipping. The spacing is cramped. Very small hotel room. The bed comforter had a cigarette burn in it. Pillows were flat. It's cheap but I've seen cheap look way better in other hotels.

Meh. You can do better for the price. Staff was friendly enough. Room smelled like weed, but once we got the air going, it wasn’t too bad. Room was clean and nice otherwise, though.
I’d recommend not using the soap or shampoo. The shampoo does not work at all and leaves your hair feeling gross, and the soap is grainy-feeling and leaves a film. Not a big deal, but probably the worst hotel soap I’ve used as far as hotel soaps go.
Easily walkable area, which was nice. And we felt safe.

Comfortable beds, decent pillows, clean room and towels, and conveniently located........best value for the money I've found for a while.
