I have been a rainbow shopper for years, but I don't kno why the new staff in the manassas location thinks it's ok to smoke weed while at work and during buisness hours. All my clothing I purchased smelled like weed, because these workers are legit smoking on the floor. I already seen an African guy that I think is a manager greet me and then take a puff of his smoke like what the heck. Legit the moment you want inside all you smell is weed. Management really needs to be aware of this and hope they all get talked to. Who wants to buy clothes smelling of weed.

Staff is unprofessional and rude. I went in today at around 2:00 PM and would really recommend hiring people who have the appropriate attitude for working at a register. Staff was not friendly, very impatient (aggressively tapping fingers on counter) and who I assumed to be the manager, was having a personal phone conversation extremely loud behind the register. When I come in, it is usually at the same time as today and there are wonderful, friendly people working in the store who recognize me because I come in frequently. Would recommend someone check in with the staff working this afternoon, as they are costing you business. I cancelled my purchase in the middle of checkout because cashier seemed as if I was bothering her.

This was such a bad service!!! She was so rude throwing everything. She should not be working there if she doesn’t know how to treat a client. This store doesn’t even deserve a star, it should be 0 stars.

Update: Response to store ownerFirst and last time I shop there. When I walked in the store I was excited because I thought I’d come more often if I ever needed to buy clothes but the customer service was horrible even though I spoke respectfully and nice to the staff.Update:I don’t really care about the employee’s name so I didn’t go back to check but I am giving this update because the owner decided to link to me the store refund policy. I didn’t want a refund at all, I understand that the item I got was not refundable but it states an item that has been worn can’t be refunded which my item was not as it was only the following day after the purchase I came back because it did not fit. And it does not say my item is non exchangeable. This store is a disaster plain and simple because there is no fitting room and your staff was rude from the beginning without me giving them a reason. If your staff simple said “sorry, the item is non refundable nor exchange” from the beginning, then I wouldn’t have left any review. That was not the case though, your staff was rude from the beginning and all she said as she cut me off from explaining how I want an exchange was “I can’t help you this item is non refundable, next customer.” The store was not packed for her to be so rude like that. That was the first sentence she said to me without letting me finish and she had an attitude that whole time. I see why the staff has zero customer service skills, it because the owner simple does not care about the store. If they did they would at least have a fitting room. This is why the store is empty because there’s no effort put in.

Hours of operation should be updated on the door. I got there 40 mins before closing but the door was locked even though there was staff at the register of the store. I decided to leave since I did not want to bother employees but really suggest a new sign with their store hours.

All I have to say is worse customer service and horribly acted manager. Worked here for a couple months and I loved going in only the days the manager was not there. She is horribly educated and will make you miserable till you break and quit. Nobody rarely sticks to this job because of her harassment towards her employees. Calling us lazy and threatening to fire us for doing our job. Hands down horrible experience will never give my money to this company again and I suggest going to another location.

Rude manager I ask about a sweater on the top rack and he assumes that there is no small size he only hands me the medium size. Then I ask him again if he could look at the other sizes and he completely ignores me.

My wife was looking for a dress and we arrived at the store at 8:17 when it clearly indicated that the store closes at 9pm from Monday to Thursday. They closed far in advance even though we saw a lady at the cash register. Loosing business..

Staff is unprofessional, misrang items at check out and couldn't correct, no final sale signs posted or fitting rooms available but returns not accepted even when associated admitted to not informing me of the policy additionally exchanges and store credit not available for "Clarence" items. Again none of which matches their posted return policy. I won't be throwing my money into this garbage dump again and I recommend you don't either.

Love shopping here, but often times their hours are different than what is advertised on their website/listing. My friends and I have come here many times in the past couple years, only to find that they have already closed for the day. Great finds though!

Before I left my house I gave them a call to make sure that they were closing at nine. No one was answering the phone I called several times. It was about 6:45 PM when I got there half of their lights were on and half of them were closed when I walked up to the door, the lady inside shook her head stating that she was closed. I don’t understand how somebody cannot answer the phone and then we closed online it says they close at 9 PM it was way before that
