Showed up at 3. They close at 3:30. Said they don’t take walk-ins this close to closing. Checked their website and no statement about cut-off times. The lobby was empty as well.

No frill place, virtually no wait with appointment.The young blonde Asian girl with the tattoos who took care of me was professional, gentle and fast. She did a good job. I was nervous going in but the experience turned out to be just fine.

They don’t have printer when you go to do the lab they send you to print out your paperwork and you miss your appointment

I had a really bad experience with this place. I wish I could give them zero stars but that’s not possible. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all costs!

Me and my mom came this’s location No one on front desk and also no one patient too, very unprofessional staff I never seen in my life, bulling it took to much time to take a sample we never come again ever with bad experience

Lazy, unprofessional and rude staff who does not care at all. Will let people wait outside and just talk and laugh inside. Always try to blame the patients when problems come up. Do yourself a favor and go some other Quest if you don’t want to ruin your day.
Some floating nurses are great but that’s totally random.

Lubna is truly a vein whisperer. As someone who has been stuck 9 times for 1 blood draw I am always so anxious going in for blood draw. Lubna was kind, gentle, and able to get 9(!) tubes of blood from just 1 stick. She rocks. This location is convenient and I was brought in ahead of my appointment. Will come back for sure!

Improve sign-in procedure. Arrived early, and the reception window was dark, making me think no clients were being served. Another person arrived, sat down then got up and used the self-serve kiosk duh (there is no 'Next' to click).
