So I requested that they give me a refill of my medication, ON A MONDAY LAST WEEK!!!!!! gave them the address to send my medication to a CVS in Bedford. I get a call saying it was sent and filled, but AT THE WRONG PHARMACY!!! They sent it to Manassas!!! I wasn’t in manassas, Tuesday, the doctor wasn’t there to send my prescription. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, I call every day, “I’ll send a note back to your doctor” MONDAY THIS WEEK THROUGH TODAY NOW IS WEDNESDAY, the still didn’t put the prescription in!!?!?! How in Gods name has a week gone by and the doctor still didn’t put it in the Pharmacy. This place is the WORST WVSR!!! My slow brother can do better they can. I will have my final appointment on the 29th, and I am leaving this place! I have to video call and they said I have to pay $170 the next time I come in for the video call. Lol, I ain’t paying that $170, I’m going to have my medicine and move on from this doctor. They are the worst! Like what are y'all doing while the phones ring? Nothing!

They charge outrageous prices for visits. This cannot be standard. $389 for a rx refill visit is highway robbery. I was told it’s because they reviewed my file. Correct, that’s the only way they would refill my prescriptions.

Myself and 3 kids have been going to PWFM since 2008. I've appreciated the care shown by the physicians and practitioners all these years but the last 5 years I'vehad more issues then everbefore getting my messages addressed in a timely manner. It's only gotten worse with time. I realize today after speaking with Meena, the office manager, why the communication is so poor. My request to initiate a prior authorization for medication went unaddressed for 11 days. She seemed to just sweep over that and instead blame the insurance company for the lengthy process. Her tone changed when I pressed her about the staff not addressing the message. I sent another follow up message to her staff that went unacknowledged AND her clinical manager didn't return my call either. She started getting snarkey as she began to enunciate her words. All indicative of an attitude towards my expressed discontent. I think this is a great practice for those without medical conditions that require long term maintenence medications to be prescribed within a 2 weeks of your initial request. Love Dr. White and Dr. Gill.
Go to the Gainesville office instead. The staff and management are very professional and kind, while also addressing their patients care in a time manner.

I recently had a check up and told provider not to schedule for irrelevant blood tests that insurance would not pay. They did send my blood for all kinds of STDs despite the fact that I filled a very detailed questionnaire which clearly portrays me as a family man. I ended up paying for unnecessary tests. This is not honest healthcare.

Joyce is absolutely the worst to deal with over the phone. Not helpful. Doesn’t supply you correct information. LAUGHS when something doesn’t work and you’re just asking question. Tells you it’s your fault for not doing something on time without attempting to offer solutions. Fire her and get a receptionist that cares about your damn patients!

If you are looking for a doctor and nurse team that respects your time and is empathetic, do not go with Dr. Jan. This being said, I have never had a problem with Dr. Lily KC or her team. This review is for Dr. Jan and her team only.

Dr Gill is phenomenal. One of the most compassionate doctors I’ve seen. Never feel rushed at my appointments. She takes the time to hear you out and explains any questions I may have. Definitely recommend!

This place used to be great but lately the quality of care has gone down. I had to message them regarding my lab results just to be told I need to go back to the office to get blood drawn again. Had I not reached out, nothing would have happened. Providers are dismissive and communication is lacking. Very disappointed.

Always had a great experience with the staff and Michelle Alvarado FNP is amazing! Its hard for me to feel comfortable with clinicians for a variety of reasons but she is one that I sincerely feel comfortable with.

This practice is not independent. I believe it has been bought by Inova. Extremely overpriced.
