The new management is doing a fantastic job. The shelves are packed with delicious Afghan and Middle Eastern sweets, & the bakery case looks incredible. I picked up a few pastries & they were fresh and flavorful. You can tell they put real care into their presentation & products.

A sweet lover’s paradise is the way I like to describe the new management at Prime Halal I rate it 100/10. Definitely recommend you to stop by and shop. They are doing a fantastic job. The shelves are packed with delicious Afghan and Middle Eastern sweets, and the bakery case looks incredible. I picked up a few pastries and they were fresh and flavorful. Stay away from the shop!! Staff are rude and don’t have respect and don’t keep the store clean. Some cans were expired and didn’t meet to my expectations. I wanted to get meat but unfortunately they were going to give me old meat. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!

I recently purchased meat and some bakeries from the Prime Halal Afghan Grocery Store and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The quality of Root and Khajoor was shockingly bad. It was tasted old and lacked any flavor or freshness.
Also, very rude customer service, and high prices.

My friends and I had a terrible experience at Prime Halal Grocery Store. Though it’s primarily a grocery store, they also offer Afghan food as takeout. We ordered three Qabuli dishes but they were a complete disappointment—smelly, not fresh, and clearly cooked days ago. We returned them immediately within 2-3 minutes without even touching and eating the food. The chef and one of the associates seemed upset, though another staff member at cashier desk did apologize and refunded our money. I seriously doubt they have the proper license to serve food. Someone needs to flag them to the county for inspection. Avoid this place at all costs.
Response to Owner’s reply:
Resorting to insults instead of addressing serious concerns about your food quality only proves my point. If this is how you handle criticism, it’s no wonder the service and food are so bad. Instead of calling us stupid, focus on improving your manners and your business management.

After seeing their advertisement for Kabuli Palau on TikTok, I drove with friends for 40 minutes to try it. Unfortunately, it was not only subpar but also seemed rotten and smelled like it had been cooked ages ago. When we discussed the quality with the staff, they were rude and unresponsive. I will never return, and I would advise others to avoid it as well.
First and foremost advice for store owner. Please take down that misleading TikTok video to avoid deceiving homesick Afghans into trying your poor-quality Kabuli Palau.
EDIT: I wish you improve your food quality instead of calling us Layers (liars).

I recently purchased Qabuli Pallow from the Prime Halal Afghan Grocery Store and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The quality of the food was shockingly bad. The meat, in particular, tasted old and lacked any flavor or freshness. The Qabuli was like Shola. It was not lookiny and testing anythuny near Qabuli. It was clear that the ingredients were not up to standard, which is simply unacceptable for any establishment.
What made the experience even worse was the stark contrast between what was advertised and what was actually served. The restaurant's promotional materials paint a picture of delicious, high-quality meals, but the reality was far from it. The discrepancy between their marketing and the actual food is misleading, to say the least.
Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a satisfying meal. The quality of the food and the misleading advertising make it a place to avoid. Save your money and dine elsewhere.
I will have my lawyer contact the city hall to make sure your grocery store has proper food license because it seems like you guys don’t have that license but still preparing and serving food.
