VANESSA! @versatilebyvanessa is the absolute kindest sweetest stylist ever, she is so knowledgeable about texture and natural hair care. I was looking for a stylist who specialized in long layered cuts for the longest time and stumbled upon her amazing work. She talked me through my whole appointment going over every product used and how to incorporate it into my routine. She showed me how to blowout my hair at home and also a routine to help my curl pattern. She created such a safe space for me and did the best job on my hair. She’s super friendly and you can literally feel the passion radiating off her. Seriously the most patient and genuine person, 10000000% recommended.

Not sure yet, im on fence... i think generally staff is friendly but definitely not to the level of professionals I've observed in other salons. It has room to improve for sure. My new hair colorist seems nice enough but therés a hit or miss or lack in enthusiasm, almost uninvested tone in it. For example, my prior visit, I came home with color staîns still on my neck, ears and around face perimeters. Tells me she did not wash off the colors and the blow dry and styling was probably the worst hair day i had, es no bueno especially you pay extra for them. Yet, she applies color well despite leaving my scalp visibly tainted for her pushing my hair smashed down at the top of me head rather than lifting them sideways so the sections are neatly stacked or stand up like other professional colorists I had previously. During this visit she asked if I want a drink, i said water but it never came. Her lack if attention and unenthused ´tude were disappointing. Here, i'm a new client and she is hardly trying---just being honest in my review-is all.

I’ve been going to this PR salon for at least 7-9 years now. My preferred stylist has moved on to other things, so I’ve gone with Susanna several times and now once with Madison A. Both are extremely well versed in their skills, incredibly kind, and easy to chat with. I always leave feeling beautiful and as if I’d spent time with a friend

Came in for a very light copper balayage with Renata and was given a dark reddish brown hair color. The stylist was very understanding that I was not pleased with the results and made efforts to fix it, however, I don’t believe she knew what she was doing and didn’t speak up when she noticed my hair did not look like the reference picture I provided until I mentioned something. I do appreciate the fact that I was not charged for the services, however, I am very displeased with my hair. It’s very disappointing to know that I will have to make multiple appointments to fix what has been done. Not to mention the damage that has been done to my hair after multiple treatments.

First time getting hair done here and very pleased I found them through the Wella site as I was looking for a salon that uses Wella. I made an appointment with Daphne based on reviews and was pleasantly pleased with the outcome for my mother's hair (she is 90). I already had the formula, so it was just a matter of applying the color and cut. The place is big but was pretty quiet on a Saturday afternoon at 12:30. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere.

I worked with Olivia who was helping me work a brand new style that I’m definitely not used to. She took the time to explain everything teach me how to style it and was just overall really wonderful to work with! I appreciate the help Olivia I will definitely be coming back.

I've been coming here for almost 2 decades, Laura is an excellent teacher to all and her spa services and products are of the highest caliber, especially for those with sensitive skin. Jen is a true master colorist, no one else can get the same results. These two talented professionals make me look about a decade younger ? and are the reasons I still drive all the way from Baltimore.

This is the best hair salon that I’ve been to in years. They offer a lot of services and I always have a great experience every time I go in. Gisel is my favorite hairdresser. I have natural dual textured hair and she really knows how to work with it. I trust her advice every time!
