PODS is horrible! I experienced a lot of stress for their inability to not keep scheduled dates. Use 1-800-Pack-Rat instead!! Better customer service and they keep their dates.

We have only completed the first part of the process so far (POD delivery, loading, POD removal), but the process went well. Our POD was delivered to a storage facility in Springfield and then picked back up the same day. Jon T was great to deal with. Great communication, punctual, friendly and quickly got the POD right where we needed it. Thanks!

I found Pods to be very convenient when we moved from our home to a new home that we built. We stored our packages for few months in Pods container during the period our existing house was for sale and then got the container to the new house when new house was completed.
The container was dropped off in time exactly as was informed to us. Similarly was picked up as per schedule. Drivers were professional and courageous.

Great service storage pick up and delivery. Had pods pick up, store and delivery my personal effects. When I opened the door upon delivery, my items had not moved one inch inside the pod. Incredible.

Timothy was super helpful and tried extra hard to place our POD exactly how and where we wanted it to make it as convenient and safe for us.

We have the tightest driveway space but Timothy stayed with it and did a great job. We wish the machine could have compressed in length like it did in width. It would have been easier for him to get it in our tight driveway.

Overall the job was accomplished. We only needed 3 months of service but those 3 months were a little bit of a hassle dealing with the phone center and clunky website interfaces. Managed to get the things done I needed but not w/o a little extra effort I thought I paid not to expend. Decent service but definitely has room for improvement.

2nd experience with PODS, MUCH WORSE than the first. I went with them because my first experience was great. This time, the delivery was changed in the last hour, which entirely messed up my packing plans, as I was on a tight timeline. I needed weight tickets for my move and those were completely botched, with one "full" ticket totally missing, costing me THOUSANDS that I won't see reimbursed. I'll be looking elsewhere next time.
