Most unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Their employee was telling another customer my personal information and laughing about it. I went to open an account and I did not. I would highly NOT recommend

This is way to common with many PNC branches. Today is Saturday 1:38pm atms are down, can’t deposit cash or checks and can’t withdraw. Forced to pay fee from another bank to withdraw. This is what’s happens when your branch manager is incompetent.

I went there yesterday and had a very pleasant experience. The manager was up front and made sure everyone in line was prepared. Justin assisted me with my banking needs and he was super helpful. I'd come to this location again.

I have been with PNC over a decade, this branch is going to force me to close all my banking with PNC period, I went there with a buyer order from a dealer to obtain an auto loan, they processed and said I was approved and issued me a blank check. btw, I had obtained an auto loan from the same branch and bought from the same dealership about 3 years ago.I got a call from PNC central location that they will cancel that check because it's not a franchised dealer, really? Why wasn't I told that when I went there last week with the BUYER ORDER from that particular dealer? I registered the vehicle at the DMV and now I am getting a surprised news. What a joke and waste of our money doing business with them.

Person on the phone was not helpful couldn’t answer 3 questions for me told me to go on website to find my answers why do you have people working in the office if they are to lazy to help people inquiring about your banking so rude and unprofessional
