Most unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Their employee was telling another customer my personal information and laughing about it. I went to open an account and I did not. I would highly NOT recommend

This is way to common with many PNC branches. Today is Saturday 1:38pm atms are down, can’t deposit cash or checks and can’t withdraw. Forced to pay fee from another bank to withdraw. This is what’s happens when your branch manager is incompetent.

Worst customer service from branch manager Nathan. Extremely disappointed on his solution to problems at his branch. Definitely recommend going to another bank
