They took care of my insurance company and did a great job on repairing my car. They kept me informed about what was going on with the details of my car and telling me when it would be ready. I will definitely tell friends and family about them, and if I ever need body work again, I will take it to them.

Had a fender bender and took to Platinum Auto body for repair. When I came to pickup my car I noticed a small scratch and dent on the passenger side wheel well near bumper. I had taken pictures to submit to my insurance company so I know it wasn't there prior. I spoke with the Manager Mike and he ended up replacing the passenger side fender at no additional cost. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they were to me. Would highly recommend for any repairs MAKE SURE YOU TAKE PICTURES OF THE VEHICLE BEFORE YOU TAKE IT TO HAVE WORK DONE.

I wanted to leave a review as I have dealt with a few local auto body shops in the past and it has never been easy. Platinum was a pleasure to deal with. They kept me informed every step of the way, worked with my insurance company and it could not have been easier. They delivered on time and did a nice job. You always hope you never need their services, but if I ever do again, they will get the call. Ryan was terrific. Thanks to the whole team at Platinum Auto body.

Had previously used them for repair and was super happy this time it was like pulling teeth to get info from them. They even called to ask if I was still bringing my car in when it had been there for a week! They also said they were going to replace my rear light and they did not. I had to point it out and they had to order it. Said it would be a week. I gave it 3 then was just going to give up and I got a call to come in. All in all they did a good job on the repairs but I would have liked to be more informed along the way.

They do a great job, but communication and customer service is needs lots of help. Vehicle was not ready by due date and when they did finally finish the job they call at 4pm and say they close at 5pm. There are other shops that would make you much happier. ?
