I’ve been coming here every week for about 3 years. In that time I’ve had good washes, bad washes, and things have gone missing from my car 3 times. On balance, Flagship is good value for money and they have cute events through the year. The staff is ever kind and courteous.

I have a unlimited membership I wait 20 to 30 minutes and then the guy come told me that the for interior we charge you for vacuum ,vacuum not free

Very bad service, they don't always clean everything in a hurry, they only wipe it dry. I think they should have someone supervising that they do their job well. The last time manager Teresa was checking it and they had to clean it twice. But today there was no one supervising and they couldn't even wipe the mirrors with a cloth to dry it.

Bad service last time the machine got a scratch on my truck and I didn't say anything I have been telling them 3 observations that the back of the truck is left dirty and I ask to speak with the manager and she doesn't give importance to the customer implements or cares

Quality is really slipping! Expensive and poor job. They offered to fun my pick up through the vacuum area again to re clean the interior but after the long wait to go through the 1st time I don't have time to wait any longer! I have 4 vehicles on the monthly flagship program at $75 each but I'm gonna try other places. NOT HAPPY!!!

Their service sucked. I just left there today and paid $22 and they didn't clean my mats or the inside of my vehicle. For most of the staff is Hispanic they are running con games on customers. No thank you. One of them had the audacity to try and sell me a membership. Smh
