Had a tire that got a nail(not repairable). Called to verify if i had road hazard cooverage and was told I had basic install. Went ahead and asked if the tire was in stock and front desk would not check. I proceeded to take my car in, fairly confident I did purchase road Hazard to see in person. I asked for a copy of the old receipt and what do you know road Hazard was there! Edson then proceeded to tell me I did not pay for road Hazard but he would pro-rate the tire. If the paperwork says the customer has it, then they have it. Fast forward to today's pickup, I noticed they did not change the tpms valve as policy requires, they removed it off the ticket. Thought it was all said and done, then noticed the price didn't change. Got home and looked at yesterday's invoice from the estimate, and Edson changed the tire install price from $15.01 to $27.00!! I asked Edson what road hazard covers and he confirmed it cover balance and install of the tire for life, so why am I being charged for install again? All in all, service from Edson was not great and I can definitely tell I was lied to during my experience. Not a great representation of the company and not a personable manager. This company has gone downhill drastically. ANYONE WHO TAKES THEIR CAR IN, DOUBLE CHECK YOUR PRICES AND VERIFY TPMS REBUILDS HAVE BEEN DONE! THIS IS A HUGE SAFETY ISSUE IF TPMS IS NOT REBUILT!

I took my car in for a basic tire change after I got a nail in the tread. It took about two hours and the guy absolutely destroyed my rim. Brand new 2022 Maserati, the rim is destroyed for a basic tire change.The guy acted like he didn’t do it… but the guy at the front knew. I will never go here again.

Came in for a tire rotation. After claiming they were done, they tried to upsell me on headlight reconditioning and an alignment. I took pictures and marked the tires before I took it in. Turns out they only rotated two tires and just left the other two in the same place. When I discussed with the manager he refused to look at my photo evidence (essentially calling me a liar). His people claimed they did the work and checked the shop video but refused to let me see it. Manager offered to rotate the tires back to the original place (how does that help since I brought it in for a rotation??) I took it to another shop and showed them the pictures and they agreed that only two tires were rotated and rotated them in the correct positions for me. If pepboys manager had simply said "oh, yea I see your pictures from before arriving here. Yea you are right, sorry about that we will fix it". Instead they told me I was wrong but refused to show me any proof or to look at my proof. AVOID or use them at your own risk.

Good service. They were able to see me without an appointment. They did leave the interior of my car messy (had done something inside my glove box and didn't put the stuff back inside of it!) But overall a good experience!

Stopped by today to get my tire looked at. Slow leak. Nail in it. The guys immediately took it in and fixed it up. Excellent customer service

My 17 Hyundai Elantra takes 4 and half quart of oil . They only put 4 . I told the person my car takes 4 1/2 quart of . I guess they didn't care.
