If I can give this place 0 stars I would. Went there with my brothers challenger to get original rims instead of the aftermarket ones we have on it now. He said he has the only $40k machine that will do it touchless which is true but unfortunately this machine falls under a rude management. The person giving a price quote stated 60 per rim as we had to switch tpms so we don't have to reprogram them. After taking the first wheel off he put it back on because the lug nuts are not going to fit in the originals we are trying to put on then puts it back on and charges 70 and gives us a quote for 300 for lug nuts. When my brother refused $300 lug nuts only the manager told his colleagues to stop because we can't afford it. Under no circumstance should the manager say that to a customer when we were being respectful to them. I dont care if they are the only shop in VA with the $40k machine we won't be going there any longer and I suggest you take this review into consideration before you decide to get talked down to by the manager in convenience tire & auto, Thank you.

Good service and average wait times are to be expected. I have nothing negative to say, it’s just an average garage. The inspection line can be long, so get there BEFORE they open and sit patiently. You get in, it’s fine, and you leave. That’s it.If anyone is looking for a special inspiration, it’s not at an average garage. Go find someone else.

Friendly staff on the phone and in person. Best to make an appointment and plan to leave your car there for the quicker turn around.Park near the front sides, by the gas station. The back area, past the fence is a different shop.
