Also, the leasing office told me via email to come up to the office to sign a paper, but when I asked if and when I can come up there, they ignored me. The office is appointment only but refused to make an appointment to sign a necessary paper. Also, they hung up on me when I called and asked a question. They are demanding, passive aggressive, and just plain rude. All they care about is getting residents in for the money and then they don't take care of them after that.

TERRIBLE Leasing office. Called after 3pm to follow up on an available unit. A young lady answered the phone saying “hello, hello?” claiming that she couldn’t hear me. (typical way of getting folks off the phone and not do work, like the lazy folks they are). So I hung up and called again within those few seconds, and as expected, she did not answer AT ALL. I had to call 9 times back to back until she finally decided to pick up, just to play the game again, saying “hello hello? I can’t hear you”.. my phone is very clear so I know this was another joke. I let her know that I’m aware she can clearly hear me, to stop the nonsense, and to my surprise she said “no I’m not, hello hello?” …. Acting as if she can’t hear me again! What’s it gonna take to talk to someone competent enough to do some actual work and help out folks? Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

The club house which includes half the amenities has been closed since COVID-19 and has not been opened. Don't let them fool you with the "amenities" as benefit. One would think that the lease agreement is a written notice, however apparently a 30-day notice is required. Although, we called to give notice back in April. I suppose they assume all occupants are squatters.

They just give you 30 days notice to leave with no excuse, even you pay the rent on time and you respect the neighborhood. They don't understand how hard to just wake next day and find a maill saying need to leave in 30 days and you are very busy at work no time to look for a new place with this short time. since we are not doing anything wrong should let us know with time to look for ourselves with no stress

I've lived here almost 4 years and I have very few complaints. It's a clean and quiet community and they've always responded quickly to service requests. I even complained about the bedrooms being cold and they paid a company to put more insulation in the attic. My biggest complaint would be the quality of the windows (they're drafty - I've sealed mine with plastic) and the appliances are low-end.

I wish I can give 0 stars to this leasing office! I went to my appointment today and he said ; you can't enter without a mask ! it is fine but my issue is I don't carry a mask with me because the mask requirement has been removed. I told him to give me a mask and he sent me to go and find it somewhere. I think they should be more kind and help the customer more. I will never rent an apartment from here

While I will admit that the apartment is nice and work orders get responded to pretty instantly (which is why Im giving them 2 stars) I refuse to give anything beyond that what with how god awful the leasing office is. It doesn’t take much to realize that the idea of doing any sort of work clearly terrifies them. First off, walk-ins aren’t acceptable which they make clear with there locked door and multiple signs stating so. Everything is through appointment only which that alone baffles me because every complex I ever lived in in the past accepted walk ins which is how it should be if your going to be living in an apartment (its probably why they make sure that work orders get done quickly so that not many people can have a reason to go there). You can call or email them to make an appointment but I genuinely do think that they might as well not even have there own phone number because they only answer whenever they feel like it. I kid you not, there was a time when I called 12 times (yes I counted) during there office hours that isn’t there lunchtime just to be able to schedule an appointment to sign my lease so you pretty much have to spam call and annoy them enough to answer the phone. When you do finally schedule an appointment though you better make sure that your issue isn’t something that needs to be taken care of asap because you usually have to wait around a week for a slot. Theres a plethora of other issues as well but I think this alone is enough to hopefully show that the people that work in the office are just straight up lazy and are a joke. I have a roommate whos experiencing similar issues and a friend of mine who chose to look elsewhere because of how incompetent these people are so Ill definitely be trying to talk to them to drop a review because more people need to at least know how the office works before thinking about signing up for this place.

Don’t even bother trying to contact them about getting into an apartment. For 3 days Iv been calling and emailing to ask for a tour.. they have not picked up the phone once or email me back. There prices are way to high to deal with this.

I would like to start off with saying that many of the bad reviews are probably from people who have been denied from living here. I have lived here for a few months now and love it . Never have had any issues. Each time something has been wrong in my apartment they get it fixed very fast as long as you call during right hours . The neighborhood is very calm and I love it because everyone minds their business. The apartment itself is lovely and can’t hear none of my neighbors. I can see myself living here for ahwile. They choose wisely of the people who live here and I feel safe about that .

Do NOT move here. They tow cars and have no designated visitors parking. Rent extremely high and the crime rate is rising in this area. I highly recommend you do not move here. They are very unprofessional.

O stars. My Heat and AC didn't work for 6 months. Price was great but at the end of my lease they terminated me for complaining about it. At least that's my assumption cause they never gave me an anwser. Read the fine print of your lease. My apartment went 6 months with no insulation and 5 months of maintenance telling me they "adjusted the vent" lol in the coldest winter. Leasing office always says call corporate but corporate never answers lol. I am been saved from the shackles of this place. God is good! But save your coins people lol. They barely anwser the phone before you move in and they definitely don't anwser when you leave.

We followed every requirements from Leasing office - filled and signed form, return the keys we never missed any monthly fees and then We moved out before end of March 2022 until today 6/21/2022 we have not received our security deposit… and I emailed twice for follow up my deposit just No response!!! their corporate office SUCKS to return tenant’s money without any reasons ! DO NOT spend your time and money here Orchard Bridge apartment ??????
