I gave this clinic two stars only because I felt the vet technicians always treated me and my pet with kindness and patience. The vet at this clinic (Dr. Martinez) lost his temper on me about my pet, and was very unprofessional. My dog is a very skittish and challenging rescue at times; I would not recommend bringing your pet here if your pet is requiring more patience and compassion.

I have very strong feelings about Veterinarians, having worked for a very wonderful vet office. Dr. Martinez was exactly what I look for in a vet and was so grateful they were able to see my pet at short notice last week. We will be returning!

All was going excellent, Dr. Garcia one of the best caring Doctors, but his replacement not that good, my dog is Bichon and he is blind, one of the nurses took my dog by surprise and my acted ready to defend him self and for that, the replacement Doctor didn't see him that day, a year later we tried to make an appointment because my dog is very sick and it looks like they have my tiny dog on black list, they refuse to see my dog, I seek help with another vet, with the appointment the new vet clinic was getting ready not to see my dog because they call this clinic for my dogs medical record they were told that my dog was very aggressive and it needed to be sedated before seeing him.
My thing is they shouldn't work with animal if they are scare of them, every animal has it's moments and that includes us humans too.

The clinic was very accommodating for last minute vaccinations for my dog. They were fast, which is great because my dog is afraid of literally everything.

Well as nice as they are if they can't return a phone call placed at 8am before they close for the day then I'll need a new vet.

Dr. Martinez and his staff are amazing! Our senior cat fell ill and Dr. Martinez jumped right into action. Unfortunately, our cat’s health declined rapidly and Dr. Martinez spoke to us on such a personal level - I will never forget it. He is a pet first man. His staff always were so kind and patient with us. We would call and email multiple times a day and not once did we ever receive a bad experience. Thank you all for the work you do. I would highly recommend his office!

We called today because my 9 year old dog has been vomiting and is listless..."we can see her on Monday." This is the second time we call and they are not helpful. We have been coming here with our 2 pets for a long time. Not happy with this service anymore. It appears they no longer have the staff to support good care. We will be looking for a better place.

I feel like I’ve always had interesting experiences at this place, staff are always polite and nice but Dr. M always seems to do something off and it makes me feel not that comfortable standing there. Might try it one more time since it’s local, but most likely looking for another vet location.

Wow! Dr. Martinez and his staff are angels. My 2yr old GSD was terrified to go to the vet after being treated at a different practice before we found this one. They allowed us to do a “welcome visit” so we got to walk around the office before the appointment so he could get familiar with the area. Fast forward to today and my pup got the vaccines he needed and didn’t even notice it was happening. Dr and staffs calmness and patience won today. So happy with the outcome and glad to be patients at this office! Looking forward to bringing our newest dog as well!

Dr. Martinez was very kind and patient answering all of my questions. He did not try to sell me anything extra and was easy to talk to. Nice office. I highly recommend it.

Is my first time on this place I’m so happy to find this place for my dog They are very kind, they explain everything to you. what I liked the most is that you can go inside with your dog and be with them, not like other places you just wait in the lobby and not knowing what happens inside. Thank you doctor martinez for being kind with my Lexy . ?

My fur baby has never received personal care until Dr. Martinez became his veterinarian. He took his time and ensured I understood how to administer the medication being prescribed. I highly recommend you bring your babies here!

Everyone was super cute, from the Receptionist to the vet, they speak Spanish and are super friendly, it was the first visit with my puppy and they made her and me feel very comfortable ?
