Excellent customer service. Charles was super helpful in helping us find the right machine for our needs. No pressure, and got exactly what we wanted. Tested the Sebo upright he guided us to as soon as we got home. It made an immediate difference in the carpet look and feel. If you need a long term vacuum, this is the place to go. Shop local Manassas!

Charles knows his vacuums. And treats yours as his own. He has maintained my vacuums well and repairs are done efficiently and professionally. Whether it is a repair or a tune-up, my older vacuums run stronger than the newer plastic-part models. And he is trustworthy and honest enough to let you know if the tune-up or repair is worth the expense.Give him a try; you won't be sorry.

Nova Vacuums is one of, if not the, best vacuum repair places around here! I took my Dyson in for repair and it was returned to me looking nearly brand new. Unfortunately when I got home my Dyson was throwing an error code that it wasn't throwing before, I called and Charles asked me to bring it back in so he could find out what was wrong and make it right. He held up his word and fixed it. I appreciate his honesty, fairness, integrity, and kindness. I will be a returning customer for sure.

I have a 25 year old Electrolux that I bought new in 1997. My cord could not rewind and I waited a couple years to get it fixed since I wasn't trusting of some repair shops in the area. I surfed the web and found Nova Vacuums. Great service. Great peace of mjnd. They definently are the place to go. Great service and repair at a not brake the bank repair cost. Charles was excellent!

If you have or need a vacuum this is the place to go! I've been a customer for over 15 years. When my husband and I got married, we were given a vacuum as a present. Yay! Six months later it was dead; full of dog fur and worthless. ?My parents had been long time customers of NOVA Vacuums and I made the decision to visit NOVA Vacuums and invest in my own vacuum that I wouldn't be replacing every 6 months. The guys have always been helpful, honest, and easy to work with. They KNOW vacuums and AREN"T pushy! I bought a machine in 2006 that was amazing! Aside from some maintenance here an there, it held up. Charles sold us some belts in December and let us know that when we were ready he had a vacuum we'd love, Riccar! Recently, my husband and I decided that it was probably time to stop replacing belts and invest in our next vacuum.I went in and Charles was willing to answer all the questions I had about the different Riccar models. We had researched online, but seeing it in action, with the different features was amazing. Many of the features i didn't know about until Charles share them. We purchased the high end pet model and I haven't looked back! It comes with a special upholstery/stair bush that is self cleaning. One of my favorite features are the dirt censor lights. They help me and my little helper? know when a spot needs a little more time. I feel like my home is cleaner than ever, which is saying something with 3 kids and 2 dogs running around. ?As I started with, If you need a vacuum, this is your place!
